Wonderful time specially the swimming pool, games room for the kids and the gym

Wonderful family ambiance and no stress. Real close to main landmarks.
Excellent welcoming check-in from Camilla at the reception desk, simply flawless. Check-out was superb as well. Thanks

Cons:

Pillows were not optimal, i would have preferred a better choice of pillows . The parking is on the high side even for a hotel.

bien situé, stationnement dans les rues adjacentes facile et gratuit la fin de semaine. Confort lit et divan-lit passable... Cuisinette complète, bien équipée.

Cons:

nous avions réservé 2 chambres sur une meme réservation ET demandé à ce qu'elles soient adjacentes, mais l'établissement n'a pas honoré... Change beaucoup la dynamique de groupe (surtout considérant jeunes enfants) d'être à 7 étages de distances. Attente++ à l'arrivée et personnel +/- courtois... Peut-être dû au fort achalandage cette fin de semaine là, mais reste plutôt irritant de se faire répondre froidement... Peut-etre prévoir plus de personnel si hotel est complètement pleine.

Emplacement en plein centre ville proche du parlement et des musées.
Equipement complet avec resto, piscine, salle de fitness, salles de réunions....
Bien isolé phoniquement

Cons:

Un peu sombre.
Suite pour 3 personnes : canapé lit très inconfortable pour dormir, à changer impérativement !
Dans la kitchenett, manque les produits pour faire la vaisselle qui est demandée aux hotes. 6⁷

Good location, with family friendly amnities, but rooms are dated and don’t optimize comfort.

Location, the play room for kids under 7, and the staff was friendly

Cons:

Hotel rooms haven’t been updated. Room is non smoking but they don’t smell like non-smoking rooms. The beds were shaky, loud, and uncomfortable.

Good location to Parliament hill and Major hill park. The suite is quite dated. Part of the balcony rod curtain fell off, we called for maintenance and was promised that they will send someone to fix it but nobody came.
