We had a great stay! The property was incredibly clean and the facilities were excellent. We especially loved the pool, kids’ playroom and patio. It was very family-friendly and in a great location, close to everything we needed. The staff were lovely and check-in and check-out were both really easy. The property is slightly dated, but it’s so well maintained and clean that it didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again, especially when travelling with kids.
While the property was very clean and well maintained, the furniture was quite dated and could use an update. The bed in particular was small, a little sunken and lumpy, which made it uncomfortable for two people. The biggest issue, however, was the Wi-Fi. We had no internet connection at all in our room for our entire stay. It worked in the lobby, but despite bringing the issue to the staff’s attention, it was never resolved. This was quite inconvenient and something we would definitely want improved for a future stay.

Stationnement coûteux, surbooking d’une chambre à deux chambres séparées… insatisfaisant puisque ça sentait le vieux dans la chambre et qu’on voulait être les 5 ensemble, malgré les indications pour trouver notre chambre de la part de la réception nous avons cherché longtemps et surtout on a essayé de débarrer une porte de chambre qui n’était pas la nôtre (hôtel avec 2x les mêmes # de porte TRÈS mélangeant). SURTOUT: aucune information écrite dans la chambre: les chaînes de télévision, comment accéder au WIFI (c’est en appelant la réception qu’on nous a dit quoi faire…)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean good value for money especially for the location.
Bar closed early, room was dated felt like I was in the early 90's. Lack of sockets for charging.
