Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel était propre, confortable et très bien situé. Le personnel a été accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à nous aider. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, les lits très confortables et nous avons apprécié les installations, notamment la piscine. Tout a contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

A localização do hotel é ótima. Um pouco antigo, mas foi uma ótima estadia.
Estavamos em 5 pessoas e o quarto aconoda 5 pessoas, mas nao tinha louça para 5 pessoas, penas 4. Deveria ter a louça suficiente para todos.
Proche de centre-ville et le balcon privé.

The hotel was very well located to walk to Parliament Hill and the center of Ottawa. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as as supermarket nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.
We had a lovely stay, though the room felt quite dated.
On n'avait pas des couvertures et on n'a pas pu dormir a cause le froid. Un prix si haute sans même pas un petit déjeuner inclus ? C'est ridicule.... Je ne vous souhaite pas de vivre notre mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande a personne cet hotel..... 🥺🥹😨😰😥😢

Good location, it was clean and staff were so lovely - helping out with laundry. Good gym and pool. Fab room with all amenities included.
We had booked for 2 separate beds and the sofa bed wasn’t fully made up. They did fix this quickly and politely.
