Stupendo
Pros:

La struttura è tenuta benissimo e si affaccia su una delle più belle baie dell’isola. I bungalow sulla spiaggia sono molto grandi e accoglienti. Il personale è davvero gentile.

Cons:

Le piastrelle della doccia si staccavano, un po’ pericoloso con un bimbo piccolo. Il personale è davvero molto gentile ma un po’ lento e disorganizzato

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans un bungalow sur pilotis, magnifiquement décoré et équipé. L'accueil a été remarquable à tous points de vue, du collier de fleurs à l'arrivée, à la bouteille de champagne dans la chambre, accompagnée d'un coffret rempli de cadeaux. Le mini-bar était disponible à discrétion. Le personnel a été d'une amabilité et d'une gentillesse extrêmes, et la qualité des repas était exquise. Le petit déjeuner (inclus) était hors norme, d'un niveau rarement vu. Que demander de plus ?

Cons:

Nous y retournerions sans hésiter, aucun regret, ni aucune critique. Tout était parfait.

We were happy with the hotel although it only really had one restaurant - a bit monotonous.
Pros:

The villa, the restaurant, the pillows 🤩

Cons:

I didn’t like the excursions very much. The snorkeling was ok, but the safari was dangerous at times and too commercial. The whale watching with Quentin and Maeva wasn’t at all what we expected.

Amazing Snorkelling, Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Excellent location ! Superb snorkelling just off beach . Great dive centre ! Do the underwater scooter ! Unbelievable! Accommodation excellent . We went for the beach huts . Loved it . Great bar ! Very helpful concierge who sorted our flights for Bora Bora .

Cons:

Well on our first night went for Buffett with Polynesian show . Terrible food and expensive . On the whole food could be better , even the crepes had been pre down 15 min before and kept warm , but superb burger ! Also the turndown service , was a bit of a joke when they came at 5.30 and as you were probably getting ready for dinner would give you a card saying goodnight and give you 2 tea bags of camomile tea . Why bother !

Die renovierten Overwater-Bungalows, die Auswahl am Frühstück, die Anlage vom Hotel & die Lagune vor dem Hotel

Cons:

Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich, jedoch mussten hin und wieder sehr lange warten bis wir bedient wurden. Die Qualität vom Restaurant ist in Ordnung, aber nicht herausragend.

Bella la spiaggia, mare meraviglioso pieno di coralli e pesci colorati. Camera ampia e confortevole. Bella la struttura. Buona e varia la cucina.

Cons:

Galli e galline in giro per il giardino e la spiaggia. Gatto in giro per il ristorante. Non credo sia accettabile in una struttura come questa.

Great hotel, perfect location and excellent service!
Pros:

Newly renovated rooms. Looking very very nice. The corals around the rooms were great for snorkeling.
The people working at the hotel were great, always friendly and delivering great service.
Due to unexpected windy weather a swimming with whales tour was cancelled. The concierge managed to find us an alternative tour the day after our arrival which turned to be a total success. 10 Points for the Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea Beach Resort.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great!

Incroyable
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, avec un cadre exceptionnel. La plage de l’hôtel est magnifique et fait clairement partie des plus belles de l’île.

Les activités proposées sont variées et très agréables, le restaurant est de qualité et les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très bien décorées.

Le personnel est également très accueillant et attentionné. Un très bel endroit pour profiter pleinement de l’île.

Chambre située derrière le poulailler : prévoyez des boules Quies si vous avez le sommeil léger

Hands down the most incredible few days of our whole trip.
Pros:

Location is unbeatable, staff amazing, facilities outstanding. Honestly you would regret booking anywhere else. By far the best place to stay on the island. The whole experience is incredible.
