The cleaning lady came to my 432 door at 9 am she directly opened the door and started saying cleaning cleaning are you ready for cleaning I say many times no and she kept asking do You want cleaning 😭😭😭 it was too early to me to get up 😒

First of all, I was in a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of smoke. All of my clothing and everything in my bag smelled like smoke and I was only there overnight. Everything was old and didn’t appear to be clean. The only thing that was redeeming was that the bed was relatively comfortable.

I had to walk forever to get to my room, it was like walking in a very dark alley. The property is in such bad shape the keys hardly worked to get in the door. I was afraid to sleep in the bed so I sat up to sleep. This property should be condemned.

The property was sprawling, poorly sign marked, and poorly lit. The property was also very run down with broken window frames, AC units, and car parts in the parking lot. I felt a little unsafe walking to my room late at night.
The room was also very dingy and dirty - while the sheets were clean the carpet was stained and worn with gum and melted marks, the furniture had chips and cracks and broken pieces, the ac unit worked but was filthy and the dials were worn away, the faucets in the bathroom were rusted out and there was no plug for the bath. The switch for the light by the bed was also broken so I had to get up and go to the door to turn off the light.

I am writing to express my absolute disgust and outrage regarding my recent stay. This property is entirely unsafe, poorly managed, and completely unacceptable.
First and foremost, there are severe safety and legal concerns that require immediate intervention by law enforcement: human trafficking and prostitution involving young girls are actively operating on this property. Management needs to investigate this immediately before it becomes a public, legal matter. Furthermore, while staying here, I was subjected to a severe hate crime right outside the property, where a woman followed me and repeatedly targeted me with vile racial slurs the N word ending GER
On top of these egregious safety issues, the basic hotel amenities were nonexistent. The internet did not work for the duration of my stay, and there was constant, disruptive construction noise.
I traveled from out of the country for an airline employment interview, expecting the standard of quality my family has trusted across this hotel chain for years. Instead, this experience has permanently destroyed my trust in the brand. I will never stay at another Travelodge property again, and I strongly advise anyone looking at this location to find accommodations elsewhere.
