Travelodge by Wyndham San Francisco Airport North

Rooms were shabby, location was sketchy. Cost for the room was well above the value. There was construction going on at the hotel along with a lot of debris and garbage.

They are currently renovating so that was heaps of rubbish in the carpark

Didn’t feel safe

The rooms were terrible. No toilet door, the curtains has stains on them the floor was dirty and we had cockroaches in the bathroom. The tv and the hairdryer didn’t work and the rooms look nothing like the pictures.

The front desk staff here is completely incompetent. My room was already fully prepaid through Booking.com, yet they began charging the credit card I provided strictly for the incidental security deposit. Nobody was willing to help resolve the issue. At first, I wasn't even told what the charges were for, and the staff repeatedly made up ridiculous excuses—claiming the money would automatically drop off in three weeks, that it was a fee for parking plus taxes, or simply refusing to speak with me altogether. Eventually, one employee finally took the time to look into the matter and sorted it out. The wrongful charges stopped and the money was refunded, but having to deal with blatant lies and incompetence just to stop unauthorized billing was completely unacceptable.

There is no cart to move around luggage’s especially for senior customers

Did not honor my reservation. Same thing for atheist other 5 famili3s while we.were there.

I was not very clean . Although the bedding seemed clean and also the towels but everything else floors walls bathroom was very dirty My feet were black after walking in room from bathroom to bedroom .
