Der erste Tag war sehr gut Personal an der Rezeption klasse

Cons:

10 Tage später Rezeption unmöglich trotz Reservierung wollte man den doppelten Preis für das Zimmer haben und die Rezeption war anders besetzt und unmöglich und unhöflich

The requirements in notes reads just a robot/AI. We had to wait severals minutes at reception, while showing our conversation at booking to several pople as if we didn’t notif anyone in prior. (we only needed non-feathers pillows).

Een goed hotel voor een schappelijke prijs.
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt vonden we te duur, voor een kwart van de prijs konden we bij een bakker om de hoek ontbijten. De badkamer was krap, maar compleet en schoon.

Cons:

Het restaurant en de bar waren zo te zien niet in gebruik.

Hôtel accueillant,parking facile d'accès, personnel disponible

Cons:

Machine à café dans la chambre en panne,pas de possibilité de se faire un thé, pas de climatisation, seul un ventilateur à disposition ,mais 35 degrés en journée et nuits très chaudes

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Cons:

Geen AC in de kamer welke bedompt en duf rook. Kamerslot was voorheen reeds opengebroken en niet naar behoren hersteld.
Factuur ging per E mail opgestuurd worden, nog steeds niet ontvangen,
Hotel manager was niet bereid tot een behoorlijk gesprek.
Koffiemachine het resaurant werkte niet naar behoren.

Das Hotel ist Zentral gelegen, der Aufenthalt war angenehm.
Pros:

Zimmergrösse gut. Durch die Bauform des Hotels er lange gezogener Raum.
Lage ist super. 300m bis zum S- uns U-Bahnhof.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hotelleuchtreklame auf dem Dach funktioniert nur noch teilweise.
