Reservamos una habitación con comandos smart y no estaban disponibles en el Numa London. Además al ducharse salía toda el agua para afuera y se inundaba el baño. Y la limpieza de la habitación no estaba incluida, salvo para estadías de mas de 7 dias...

Cons:

Pricey for no frills, still a bit new, so I assume they’re still setting up their full amenities. Walls are paper thin though and no staff on site, so not great.

Struttura molto bella, camera esattamente come ci aspettavamo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che siamo a Londra!

Cons:

L’assistenza remota non sempre è così efficiente e immediata. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il letto e non abbiamo potuto far vedere esattamente dov’era e cosa intendevamo.

Dans la Soiree vers 22.45 il y a eu une alerte feu on a tous du sortir de l’hôtel . Mais a à ma grande surprise il n’y avait personne de l’hôtel gardien de nuit sur place . C’est une autre cliente qui a appelé les secours!
Je pense que dans un hôtel lieu public. Il faut tjs une personne physique sur place pas des IA!!!

Value for money, good facilities and clean.
Pros:

The app worked as it should, the room was stylish and had everything we needed - bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was big and facilities were great. Loved the common space, we used it to eat our packed lunch, the toilets were very clean.

Cons:

The walls were very thin so we could hear people in the next room at nighttime. Loud door slams etc. we had kids with us so it made me restless and my child woke up in the night both nights we were there. The app system worked well but took away the homeliness so the whole stay felt a bit cold as it was rare we saw staff. Could hear what sounded like the neighbours fridge humming near my headboard all night which was annoying. The luggage locker wouldnt open for us when we went back to collect our case late on the following day, thankfully we did see a staff member who had a key but felt we were lucky there.
