Rien
All on line stuff. Poor WiFi. No ac in our 4th floor room. Impossible to turn kettle on.
No staff to talk to
If you get this at a good price then it’s worth it
Its budget but again depends on the price you pay
Absolutely everything. Very clean and calm atmosphere. The room was perfect, spacious, clean , plenty of coffee , tea . We were able to watch Netflix and chill before a busy day ahead .
Clean and very comfortable bed
Nothing it was very good
Great location, loads of restaurants and shops nearby on Kings Road, or cafes and underground the other way. Was really easy to enter, the space downstairs was great for working in-between my client meetings and events. Rooms were big, have everything you need and comfy.
Only downside is walls are thin, can here neighbours chatting & moving, plus the doors slam really loud.
Excellent Location, 5 minute walk to Kings Road. Room was adequate for our stay, very comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well. Restaurants and Shops all very close.
The Trendy Coffee Machines, at least it had a kettle, could have done with a couple of sachets of Nescafé Coffee (other brands are available), wasn’t a problem as the local shop had done so we had our coffee fix in the morning.
I loved how easy it was to check in and out, such a simple format and great for us introverts! The building was nice, very clean, the room was very well presented, had everything you need for a few nights stay. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom and as weird as it sounds, I loved that you could smell that the towels and bedding had been laundered - most places there is no smell, which is fine, but here there was a faint, very nice, freshly washed smell. As a female travelling alone, I have to say, I felt very safe - in my room and using the building, not to mention the location.
One or two things - the bathroom window wasn't frosted so had to keep the blind down the whole time, this probably wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't directly opposite the toilet or if there were a curtain similar to the bedroom, it was a shame not to have natural light when doing makeup etc.
Also, and no fault of the hotel, the noise - outside was very noisy, lots of chatter, bit of shouting, dogs barking and within the hotel, guests slamming bedroom doors etc late at night. I managed roughly 4 hours of broken sleep and that was with earplugs in! I don't think it helped it was the night England were playing the World Cup.
Nothing
no breakfast facility tv signal was poor signal dropping in and out losing picture so turned tv off did not use anymore. Bathroom sink plug did not work so unable to fill basin with water for a wet shave. Only four tea bags provided two only standard and only four uht milk pods with no information on how to obtain more beverage products in hotel. Very unlikely to use this hotel again
Great location and great price for Chelsea London
The mutual spaces and the lobby need to be cleaned better
Very convenient, good value hotel . Perfect for one or a couple of nights . Comfortable room
nothing
The Location is ideal and just what I needed for my stay plus the simplicity of check in and PIN number etc
The Lift was broken and was very much in need of renewal or refurbishment
Location
Run down. Budget accommodation. Not 4 star
The room itself was clean and well lit. Although small it was comfortable and the toilet and shower were accessible and decent. The door lock security with the pin pads and automatic systems was well organized and secure.
It was close to where I needed to be but, quite isolated from most normal places that would make things easier to live with. Finding places in the area to eat and work proved difficult and a lot of the area is extremely overpriced. I had to be there for work but, it was more difficult staying there as there are very few amenities nearby. The bathtub is very high on the edges and should have a hand rail to get in and out. The weather was fairly constant rain with cold blustery winds so the room was cold. Heating was provided by a lone radiator in the bathroom which I slept next to instead on the bed for warmth.
