Good for one night or two.
Pros:

I liked that it was a perfect location for Chelsea Flower Show. You can walk straight there about 15 minutes. The room had air-conditioning which was great, bed was comfortable and the tv was great with Netflix etc.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't great. I don't know why you would put a frosted panel on the door to the bathroom, you can still see inside and the loo was facing the door! The shower pressure was terrible, literally a dribble of water.

The accommodation was okay for the price. Location was good for our purposes.
Pros:

Good location and reasonable price.

Cons:

Noisy heating/Aircon for a difficult to control the room temperature. Needs a bit of TLC and quite difficult as the setup is very impersonal with no staff.

Cons:

The hotel felt quite impersonal overall. The communal areas were lifeless and appeared neglected, and it would have made a big difference to have at least someone there to greet guests on arrival.

The room itself was noisy, with too much light coming in from outside, and the shower pressure was very poor. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing enough that I chose not to stay for the second night, which ended up feeling like a waste of money.
