Pros:

I stay here a lot but they have recently screwed up all the windows so you can’t open them. Some rooms have aircon but it’s not v cool & others none. I won’t be staying anytime soon as last night despite cooler weather the room was boiling & that was after they kindly moved me to a room with aircon.

Nice but poor facilities

Cons:

At the time of my stay , it was hot weather, but my room windows were screwed shut , no air conditioning or even a fan, no sleep whatsoever, left early hours to cool down in the van 🤦🏼‍♂️🥵

Great central location but lacks care and attention.
Pros:

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed.

Cons:

Rooms looked a bit tired, worn patches on carpet, broked, lamp and shower gel holders. Cobwebs on light and weak air-conditioning. Very basic breakfast with items missing but priced at £22. Water fountain in hallway out of order.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava e, durante un'allerta meteo per alte temperature, nessuno aveva verificato nè ha rimediato. Le finestre erano oltretutto bloccate.
Lo sciacquone non funzionava.
C'è ovunque moquette sporca e macchiata, anche la poltrona in camera era sporca e macchiata.

the room was so small but it stayed online there was air con we found out when we got there it was only in selected rooms as it was such a hot day the room temperature was 39 degrees and we only had a fan. but the carpets were dirty stains all over them we even took pictures. dated room dated furniture. we went the bar for a drink but was told there is no nom alcoholic drinks. it also states online that it’s luxury hotel this hotel has been luxurious in my opinion in over 100 years. so disappointed and staff were not accommodating and rude, you could tell they didn’t want to be there everything was to much trouble NEVER AGAIN
