En general, la experiencia coincidió con nuestras expectativas.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno y el servicio son excelentes. La habitación es estupenda.

Cons:

La habitación en sí es bastante oscura y le falta iluminación. Las ventanas dan a un edificio residencial. No está claro cómo se sube la persiana que cubre la ventana; nosotros no conseguimos subirla. Al caer la tarde empezó a hacer frío en la habitación. Tampoco conseguimos poner el aire acondicionado en modo calefacción, ya que faltan instrucciones para utilizarlo.

La ubicación es buena. Descansé que era lo que necesitaba en mi viaje, aunque si hubiera sido un colchón de fakir hubiera descansado igual, llevaba 36h sin dormir.

Cons:

La decoración es demasiado oscura. Tuve que esperar 10 minutos y recorrer el hotel buscando a alguien en recepción. A las 14h no tenían aún preparada la habitación, es cierto que esperé poco, pero si esperas en recepción a que alguien aparezca y finalmente reclamas que alguien te atienda recorriendo tú el interior del hotel y luego sumas la otra espera a que te den la habitación...pues como que no es lo que el hotel intenta ser. Pedí habitación tranquila y me dieron la habitación en la primera planta (esa calle tiene mucho tránsito nocturno, restaurantes, bares de copas...). No percibí amabilidad en el personal sino más bien molestia por haberle ido a buscar para que me atendieran...la recepción de un hotel de la categoría que intenta ser el Moderne no debe estar nunca desatendida, menos a las 14h que es la hora que el mismo hotel fija para entrar a la habitación

HOTEL DE CATEGORÍA SUPERIOR.
Pros:

El personal de recepción y del comedor muy atentos y súper simpáticos.
La ubicación perfecta para visitar las playas y el casco antiguo, muchísimos restaurantes y de variadas cocinas.

Super schönes Hotel für Strand und Stadt
Pros:

Einfach alles. Wunderbare Zimmer, tolles Frühstück, perfekte Lage!

Cons:

Es wurde zwar insgesamt gut geputzt, aber etwas gründlicher wäre auch gegangen. Ich hätte mir eine Strandtasche und Strandhandtücher am Zimmer gewünscht.
