good stay and location and safe environment
Pros:

Easy checkin clean room and bathroom accessories, easy checkout

Cons:

There seemed to be an issue with the thermostat. It would be set on 70 but during the night would show 75. We had to adjust it several times.

A little getaway
Pros:

We loved everything about this stay

Cons:

We didn't like the fact there are no microwaves in the rooms. We also didn't realize how far it was from downtown Chicago about 30min (40-60 Uber/Lyft)

Overall, it was an okay experience.
Pros:

The location was great for our needs.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit in room was very loud and it “had its own mind “ as far as the temperature. You could change the temp with the control but then when you entered the room it had a different temperature , usually warmer. I felt like it was centrally controlled., not individual room controlled.

Make sure the outlets work..
Pros:

Clean quiet room.

Cons:

The two outlets under the lamps did not work. Good thing my CPAP machine has a long cord and plugged into a near wall outlet. Also the toilet was very low, about shin height. And I'm not a tall person at all. Oh well.

It was near the location of wedding that was a plus.

Cons:

No extra outlets in the room.Iron was leaking water in all rooms we booked.So it was not one room problem.felt like cosmetic fixing on a rundown place.

I wish the air conditioner in our room was working because the room was very comfortable.
Pros:

I like the friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Our air conditioner was not working for 2 days their power was off due to a storm. We had to buy a fan just to sleep. We got offered a new room two times but half the hotel rooms did not have air conditioners working.
