I’ve stayed at Rosen Inn several times over the years, and that’s why it’s especially disappointing to write this review. I’ve always chosen this hotel because of my previous positive experiences, but this visit was very different. During one stay, I found two cockroaches in my room. I immediately reported the issue to the staff, but unfortunately, I was not offered a different room. Then, on another stay with my family, the room we were assigned had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
I truly wanted to keep giving this hotel another chance because of my past experiences, but after these incidents, I left feeling disappointed. Cleanliness and guest comfort should always be a priority, and sadly, this time they were not. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the experience for future guests.
Price and location along with safety and comfort are what I look for in a Hotel.

Beds are small for a triple room booked for 3 adults , the room was never cleaned , they only put coffee and new towels
We are a family of 7 so we had two rooms.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
We were in block C 4th floor the view we had was beautiful.
Free shuttles to universal which had to be booked in 24hrs in advance, unfortunately we keept forgetting to book after visiting a park.
so the day we were going we just had to book or the next day before the shuttle arrived. The drivers were very friendly and helpful.
We ate a few times at zebras, the staff behind the bar was awesome very helpful and friendly and the guy who was cleaning up the plates was very friendly also,
Both shop staff is great and have a few items we've forgot to bring.
This hotel is in the heart of international drive,
We definitely cant wait to come back.
This was our first time ever visiting orlando and this hotel and you have left an imprint on our hearts. 💜

Despite being so centrally located, the property serves as a wonderfully comfortable retreat after a long, busy day of exploring.
We were particularly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail regarding the upkeep of the property. The rooms and common areas are clean and maintained to a high standard, providing a spotless and welcoming environment to return to each evening.
Perhaps the most astonishing aspect of our experience was the sheer value for money. When compared to the exorbitant and often inflated prices of the official on-site resort hotels, the accommodations here are very fairly priced. It allows you to maximize your trip budget without having to sacrifice comfort, quality, or convenience. It offers everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday at a fraction of the cost.
Ultimately, our family wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great price for the location! In walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shopping. We stay for 5 days and if you get a room in the D building (top floor) you will see beautiful fireworks every night!

1. La atención de los colaboradores, todos muy atentos.
2. La ubicación, permite fácil traslado a los principales sitios turísticos.
3. Los desayunos son deliciosos y valen cada dólar pagado, realmente como cliente me siento a gusto por lo que pagué.
Tuve problemas el segundo día al pagar el desayuno.
Pasé mi tarjeta, 2 veces mi tarjeta, se me hizo el rebajo, pero ellos recientemente habían realizado cambios en su sistema y les estaba dando problemas, pues no registró la venta, pagué nuevamente en efectivo y al final me devolvieron el efectivo.
Pero es muy complicado, pues ellos no tienen como saber de manera ágil y rápida si el dinero ingresó a sus cuentas.
Para eso el técnico informático, tiene que hacer una prueba en el datáfono, llamar al departamento financiero y tal vez y con suerte verificar que entró el dinero.
Mientras todo esto pasaba, nos atrasamos para salir e ir a nuestro destino turístico de ese día.
Me gusta la localización es magnífica pero esta vez me tocó casi en el último edificio muy lejos y no me sentía tan segura.
El cuarto muy sucio, toallas manchadas. La alfombra ensucia demasiado las medias y pies al caminar.
Second time we have stayed here, and will definitely/hopefully be back in 2 years. The hotel was very central for everything we wanted to do, we didn't have a car and just used the trolley bus, which was great. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, and we sat at one of the pools for around a couple of hours most days. There is no life guard on duty, and unfortunately sunbeds hoggers, which was a shame. They put towels down and disappear. The reception staff, ground staff, cleaning staff and restaurant staff were really nice, but the staff in the little coffee shop needed lessons in customer service. Likewise the angry barman in the zebra bar, although the other 2 barmen were very pleasant. Didn't tip him, although happy to tip the other 2. Wouldn't really look to stay anywhere else on international drive.
