Cons:

The ac and mini refrigerator were not working at all when we got to our room. We called the office and instead of moving us to a different room they wanted to send a maintenance worker, so we couldn't relax or shower since we had to wait at 6pm. Loud bus full of people making a mess in the lobby during check in. They were very pushy about trying to sell us a time share as well. Very disappointing experience and loss of money, we didn't stay the night and drove 2.5 hours home instead.

Third time at hotel. Always great
Pros:

For our third Orlando trip we had three rooms and stayed 2 weeks. This hotel never lets us down. Great location on I drive, great air on, 3 pools that were never packed and clean rooms.
Bar food is great if you need something quick when you arrive and staff are always good throughout the hotel.
As we are really only using the hotel as a place to sleep and maybe a pool day or two this is perfect. If you want luxury then go elsewhere and pay a lot more.
