Great Property
Pros:

Very conveniently located to restaurants, attractions and bus & Trolley line. We took the trolley to the convention Center for a 4 day Volleyball Nationals . So So easy, and Cheap ! We will definitely keep this property in mind on any future Orlando Visits . Buffet breakfast was very well made. and Reasonably priced.

Good value, close enough to convention center, pleasant rooms/facility
Pros:

Good value for an inn near the convention center. Buildings F & G are closest to the West side of the convention center, but in the Florida heat, it's still a bit of an unpleasant walk. It's about 10 minutes to the convention center from buildings F & G. You can also go in through Rosen Plaza to get to the skywalk. The rooms at the Rosen Inn were pleasant. There is ice on even floors and I read that there's self-service laundry, though I didn't do any laundry during my stay. The AC worked well, so that was a relief after coming in from the heat. The Inn is right across the street from the Pointe Orlando which is nice, and there's a CVS also right by the property. Perfect for quick bites or meds.

Cons:

I would have preferred ice on every floor instead of having to go to another floor for ice. Cable selections were meh. The room was a little bit small for my comfort. Shower water pressure wasn't good and my room also had a weird water pressure thing where after flushing the toilet, the bathroom sink had super low water pressure. I had to wait a couple minutes or use the hot water to wash my hands with a normal flow.

Never again…..
Pros:

Location was fine. Nothing else positive to say.

Cons:

The 80’s called, they want their hotel back. Old, dated, nothing positive to say to be very honest. I would prefer to sleep in my car than have to stay there again. Knock it and put a half decent hotel in an excellent location.

Everything was "good enough"! For what I needed and what I paid, it was fine.
Pros:

room was a bit small and the room/property was dated. Of course that is the value of the property right. Nothing great, everything "good enough".

Cons:

English speaking staff. Someone who knew what they were doing answering the phone. Property could be updated a bit.

Reasonable price accommodations with comfy beds.
Pros:

For the price, we were close enough to the convention center. The cost for parking was reasonable. The washer and dryer worked very well. Bacon at breakfast was very good. The internet worked so we were able to work remotely with no issues. The refrigerator and microwave was nice to have. The AC worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. The water bottle filler was nice to refill water. The pools looked nice but did not get in.

Cons:

We killed 2 roaches inside the room.

Awful hotel
Pros:

I previously stayed at this hotel in 2022 and had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, fresh, the location was excellent, and the overall standards were good. Unfortunately, my recent stay was a huge disappointment.

I am disabled, so having a clean, safe, and well-maintained room is particularly important i did make them aware. Sadly, the room was filthy, the carpets were heavily stained and sticky, there was an unpleasant smell throughout, the bathroom shower would not drain properly, the internet did not work for me, and the room door kept sticking. I also left with what appeared to be insect bites after my stay.

When I went to reception for assistance with the internet and to ask a few other questions, communication was extremely difficult. I was told by the receptionist her English was limited as she was PuertoRican, and I was given a telephone number to call instead, but there was no answer.

Before leaving, I reported all of these issues to the hotel manager. I received no sincere apology, no offer to investigate or resolve the problems, and no goodwill gesture despite the condition of the room and the impact the stay had on me. I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed.

I was also told I was given a room which had a view of International Drive, but that was not teue, for me to see International Drive I would have to come out of the Room, stand on a side angle and try to look through the trees.

It is such a shame to see how much this hotel has declined since my previous visit. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend staying here. The cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service fell far below the standard I expected.
