The staff was nice.

Cons:

It was dirty, there were stains on the towel and sheets. It did not feel like it has been cleaned. I had no no-disturb card to use. The last morning I woke up from extreme noise, thinking thwre was an earthquake or smth similar. Dont know where it came from. And the location a bit remote. You did not have much to do around.

Find a better option.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and quiet.

Cons:

There is no local TV option. We could not watch the World Cup! The front desk manager handed me a print out of all the available channels they have, and sent staff to our room to show us how to work the TV. When the staff showed up, they apologized and said they no longer have cable TV., and that we would have to log on to our own service (HULU, YouTube TV, etc.). Very frustrating. The breakfast was a joke.

Pros:

Only needed a bed for the night as we was spending the whole day at the beach, location to the beach was a 20min taxi ride. The location and value for money suited us.

有二十四小時的櫃檯，我們班機延誤凌晨才抵達也可以入住，旅館的人員都很親切，我們退房後還讓我們寄放行李。早餐是基本的麵包、咖啡牛奶、水果等，這附近離Newport beach很近，如果有要到附近遊玩可以選擇住這裡CP值很高。

The pillows are small and too firm for us. The ice machine was not working.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They accommodated a very early checkin for us and let us move rooms to one that suited our needs better. The breakfast was great!!
