Pros:

Love the location and that there’s a Starbucks in the hotel. The hotel is located near restaurants & shops. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location & polite staff. Mr. Derek in the reception was very nice

Cons:

Very minimal accessories in the room. No water, tea bags or coffee maker even !!!

Cons:

The interior of the room needed some fixing. The ceiling paint and plaster above the window were obviously in need of repair. Our room was on the 12th floor but the street noise was still very noticeable inside the room.
