No responses, no internet, no cleaning. They don't provide receipts if you book on Booking
Pros:

The location was good. It was overall clean. Early breakfast provided (cofee and waffles).

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable, and none of their links or QR codes worked. Room cleaning was always done only in the late afternoon (after 4:00 p.m. on my floor). They never replied to my questions, neither through Booking.com, and the email address they provide either doesn't exist or can't receive emails (at least at the moment).

Dealing with them was really frustrating, which is unfortunate because the room itself was good. The pillows weren't the most comfortable, but the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff clearly wanted to help, but they didn't seem to have the tools or authority to resolve any issues.

One final note: if you need an invoice or receipt for a business trip, don't count on getting one if you book through Booking.com. This is what they tolod me by phone when eventually they replied. And same said the general assistance office.

I would come back again for sure, enjoyed the location and the ease of getting places
Pros:

I liked the location since we were here for Stadium of Fire (my daughter danced in it so we had practices every morning and being close was fantastic.) The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast being included was awesome too.
