I did not ask for a "quieter room", I asked for a room with a roll in shower because of an orthopedic disability I have. The bathroom in my room easily met my expectations. And although I did not ask for a "quiet room", the room was anyway.
No complaints.
The beds were the most comfortable ever!
There was a comfortable chair with a large stool. Came in handy when my back hurt.

Could use a little maintenance…
Got stuck in the bathroom because the door wouldn’t open correctly. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The elevator was the slowest I’ve ever been on. Could have definitely walked up the stairs quicker.
Fresh fruit was ok, eggs were iffy. Would have like bagels or yogurt. My companions said the oatmeal was good.. Staff were very nice and accommodating.
Pet friendly hotel. Basically I consider this unclean

The facility was very clean despite multiple business presentations operating on location. The beds were super comfortable. Location was easy to find.
My spouse was attending a business meeting, so we arrived around noon. We alerted the front desk of our arrival and were advised we would be notified as soon as a room was cleaned. No room became available to us, even up to 2:45 when regular check-in is at 3 PM. The front desk checked in five other parties, some of whom arrived later than we did. We had to leave for evening plans and check in at 11 PM.
Breakfast to me was a ripoff...... The paid breakfast is what you would get for free at any other place....
I have stayed here several times my last few visits I have had to speak with desk about the noise after hours 2 and 3 am in the morning. Nothing is done and its almost impossible to get anyone at the desk during these times. Also you have your guest sign no smoking papers when you check in......it is obvious smoking is going on in the hotel especially on the weekends and it is very strong. Nobody wants to walk in hotel and smell that!

I booked a room with Chase IHG rewards points.
When I arrived, guy at front desk couldn't find my reservation, even after I showed him email with confirmation #
I asked to speak to manager. He stated no manager would be available until next day.
Desperate, I booked a room and paid with credit card.
After returning from dinner, the front desk guy said he found my rewards point reservation. So I moved my stuff from room for which I paid to the rewards point room.
Front desk guy promised me my that the $ I paid for the original room would be refunded. It never was.
Property is good…..I wonder about the smoking policy because it’s obvious especially at night and on the weekends that smoking is happening….Lobby reeks of “smoking smells” at times.
Problem with loud neighbors late at night…..this is my second visit with this happening…..No help from desk. I was going to extend my stay but decided to change hotels.
