ни в коем случае не посещать, если Ваша цель хорошо выспаться и вовремя позавтракать.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, очень красивые интерьеры холла и номеров, идеальный рум-сервис. Еда из меню доставки в номер вкусная, цены приятные для отеля такого уровня.

Cons:

Главная проблема — полное отсутствие реакции отеля на ночной шум. После 02:00 в соседнем номере компания из нескольких нетрезвых гостей громко слушала музыку и шумела до 06:00. Самостоятельно договориться о тишине не удалось.

До ресепшн получилось дозвониться лишь примерно через 30 минут и две безуспешные попытки. После этого я звонил ещё несколько раз: сотрудники обещали помочь, но фактически ничего не изменилось. При выезде нам объяснили, что это политика отеля: они не могут повлиять на таких гостей, вызвать службу безопасности или полицию и не применяют к ним каких-либо мер.

Шумоизоляция между номерами крайне слабая — слышны даже обычные разговоры. При въезде у меня попросили сдать портативную колонку, поэтому особенно странно, что отель, очевидно знающий о проблеме шума, не обеспечивает соблюдение тишины.

В 10:00 мы пришли на оплаченный завтрак, но нам отказали в обслуживании из-за отсутствия свободных мест. Более 20 минут ожидания ничего не изменили, и мы были вынуждены уйти в номер за вещами: в 11:00 нас уже ждал трансфер в аэропорт. Позже предложили завтрак и ланч-боксы, но это не заменяет полноценный завтрак, который был включён в стоимость проживания.

О проблеме сообщили и ресепшн, и персональному менеджеру, обещавшему разобраться и написать в WhatsApp. Контакты взяли, однако дальнейшей связи не было.

Итог: отель красивый и комфортный только при отсутствии проблем. Но если вы рассчитываете на спокойный семейный отдых, сон и нормальный завтрак, я бы выбрал другой вариант. Для сети и уровня The St. Regis такая реакция на ночной дебош и отсутствие мест на оплаченный завтрак недопустимы.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hospitality of the entire team was exceptional—everyone was kind, warm, and always happy to help. We celebrated a birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it a truly special occasion with thoughtful arrangements. The staff at the pool were especially attentive, caring, and friendly, making us feel completely relaxed. We also loved the opportunity to taste traditional Egyptian sweets (Maamoul), which was a lovely cultural touch. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.
