Pros:

Room was great- clean, spacious enough (four single beds). Staff explained things in English. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and had ingredient cards by each dish detailing allergens in that dish. My friends successfully avoided gluten and dairy , getting enough to eat with no ill effects. Parking under hotel is expensive, but reasonable for Tokyo and convenient. Right next to Osaki station with the Yamanote line among others.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Pros:

駅や商業施設から近く買い出しがとても便利でした！
シングルのお部屋でしたが圧迫感がなくちょうど良かったです。
クローゼットに掛けてあったバスローブが紐でグルグルに縛ってあったのが面白かったよ！

Cons:

遅くまで廊下でガタガタと物音がして気になりました。
お値段の割に朝食のクオリティが低くてガッカリでした。
冷蔵庫のドアが開く向きと、キャビネットが開く向きが逆だったので、開ける度に間違えてしまいました。
