Cons:

チェックインの機械操作で、住所氏名などペンを使ってアルファベットでポチポチするのが煩わしい。
あと、ビデオ視聴の自販機が千円札を何回入れても戻されて役に立たない。

駅近くの立地だったのが良かったです。
特に不満もなく、快適に過ごさせていただきました。

Cons:

朝食のバイキング料理に期待していましたが、他のホテルと変わりない感じで、思った程では無かったのが残念でした。
ニューオオタニ独自の特色のある品が提供されるようになれば、滞在中の楽しみも増えるかと思いました。

Pros:

The staff is friendly and the location is great. Having a Lawson, Daiso, Life, restaurants near the hotel is great. But having a JR station just there is more than great.

Cons:

The room we stayed was little for three adults. We have to request to take out some furniture, as it was crowded with our bags.

ホテル泊が大好きな孫が満足していたのでそれだけで嬉しいです。
Pros:

ベッドのマットレスと枕がとても快適で熟睡できました。

Cons:

4人で宿泊しましたが、朝食券が一枚しかいただけず、朝食時に気付き無事に4人とも食べる事が出来ましたが、チェックイン時の会計の時に私も確認するべきでした。
朝食バイキングはもっとスムーズに流れたら良かったと思います。
