Huge room that felt like a studio with a kitchen and dinning table. Comfortable beds. Close to train station that directly connected to Washington downtown. Good breakfast
Everything was good
I loved the space and the cleanliness! A bath and a half was amazing and really appreciated. They should advertise it. Breakfast was good as well. I also appreciated extending my check out time. Thanks
ZERO
Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la chambre, le parking.
Le délai pour déjeuner est trop court ce qui génère un manque de tables pour profiter du petit déjeuner.
It wasn’t far from DC
The lighting. Felt too dark . I also didn’t like the fact that I was put in a room on the first floor facing parking lot. When I asked if there were any rooms available I was told no. I called the hotel and was told there were rooms so I went back to the front desk and asked again. She then said not with the same price, so I asked her why didn’t she asked me if I wanted to upgrade? That was an easy sell. She hadn’t. So I told her I would gladly lay the $30 to move out of the dungeon room and no I’m not entitled, I just don’t like facing the Cars. Inwas then moved to the 5th floor where I felt better.
OK

The staff were nice and accommodating. The first room we were given had some kind of stains on the wall, not sure if it was food stains or blood stains so we requested to be moved to another room and they did so without having to wait long. The rooms need updating but it’s clean and big. Free breakfast in the morning is great! We had to drive to Crystal City to meet with our other family members cause they stayed at the Hyatt Regency but it was not a bad drive, not far.
There’s parking although you have to pay. I don’t understand why, I think that parking should be a given.
