Very nice hotel

The staff and the rooms were very clean

Cons:

The location wasn’t the best. But you can’t beat the price.to many cops pulling people off from the freeway and we had the cops swarm the hotel looking for someone. Didn’t feel safe.

Сам отель очень хороший. Комната большая после ремонта чистая. Есть балкон, что очень удобно. Расположение у отеля отличное. Недалеко остановки общественного транспорта и легко добраться до любой точки города

Cons:

В номере 415 был сломан сейф. Сейф нам необходим. Когда попросили на рецепшен что-то сделать, то сотрудники только разводили руками и ничего не делали. Также один из сотрудников отказался нам помочь в другом вопросе, объясняя это тем, что ему не понравилось то, что мы высказали свои претензии по поводу сейфа. Также сегодня 03.09.26г. а мы до сих пор не получили депозит, хотя обещали вернуть после 3-5 дней. Выехали мы 24 августа.. Виде какой комнаты мы после себя оставили, имеется. Мы ничего не сломали и не испортили

The sink was broken water didn't work properly they gave us another room and the TV wasn't working there. It was very mediocre but good for the price.

Pros:

It was convenient to the locations we need to be at.

Cons:

It was extremely run down. Items in room were broken. There was not control over the individuals attending there that were making a lot of noise. Rooms not being cleaned, items broken, no extra items i .e. pillows, ac worked half way was leaking, there was a hole in wall my infant found, also my infant couldn’t walk on floor it was so dirty.

A last-minute booking that turned out clean, safe, and well located.
Pros:

The location was great for what I needed, an easy walk to friends and to plenty of food and things to see in the area. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the AC worked beautifully in mid-August, which I did not take for granted. I felt safe the entire stay.

Cons:

Worth knowing that this is more motel than hotel, with the room doors opening directly onto an exterior breezeway. That's not something I'd normally book, so I'd have liked that to be more obvious up front. Beyond the surprise, I had no actual complaints.
