I have stayed here for over 20 years. Like the location as it is convenient for my meetings.
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful as always. But it is time to improve this ageing property.

Cons:

Club room but club facilities leave a lot to be desired. The very limited choice for Breakfast with limited or no vegetarian choices. Dinner closes way too early. By the time I get back from work there is nothing left. Complementary pressing but pressing takes a whole day so thats not really of value if you are only staying for a day or two...

I love Centara , Ladprao. I’ve stayed here 3 times over the past 2 years on vacation.
Pros:

Property overall, very clean, service was nothing but amazing. All staff very helpful and made you feel welcomed

Great place for a pleasant stay and shopping experience.
Pros:

Had a great stay in Centara Grand Ladphrao. Nice and courteous staff from reception to restaurant and housekeeping.
Location is great with many facilities nearby or within easy travel. Recommended as being away from the busy city centre where travel is lots easier.

5 star hotel past its glory days but still signs of greatness. A little overpriced now.
Pros:

Comfortable big bed. Rooms are very clean but quite dated.
Shower was warm and powerful.
Breakfast was outstanding with huge amount of options.

Cons:

Car parking was a pain and poorly communicated. You have to park in the mall car park and get your ticket validated at the lobby every day.
Hotel is showing its age. Needs a renovation.

Great hotel for relax and luxury stay
Pros:

Great location and away from big noise and crowds of centre of bkk.
It’s nearby big shopping centre and many convenience stores so it’s very convenient.
Everything you expected from a 5 star hotel here you have it!

Hotel is nicely located, very cleqn and maintained. Chef Arun, chef peqrploy and Chef Sathapham your dedication and care truly shine through in every dish you create.
