The property is the most lovable, the location as well with very active services by everyone. The huge collection of buffet breakfast, the spacious comfortable rooms with great views of the full window... marvelous. Room was very clean and quiet. We ate in three of the restaurants and were very satisfied with our meals. It is the perfect location to connect easily to all of Bangkok. BTS a short walk from the hotel, an amazing night market near by, the mall is connected to the mall through the parking garage with access to anything/everything you want.

We absolutely love this hotel. We chose to stay here because we are familiar with Centara Hotels in the Maldives, where we have always enjoyed wonderful experiences and excellent service. Centara has built a great reputation with us, and one of our family members had also stayed at this hotel and highly recommended it. It certainly lived up to our expectations.
The location is perfect, with easy access to Central Mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city.
From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, every part of our stay was exceptional. The arrival experience, seamless check-in, thoughtful room orientation, comfortable room, restaurants, breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-room dining, the genuine helpfulness of the team, the efficient check-out process, and the well-organized departure transfer arrangements were all handled with outstanding professionalism and care.
A special thank you to Chef Arun for his professional care and genuine hospitality. We also truly appreciated the excellent service from Rattan Porn at the front desk, the attentive and friendly assistance from the footman, Waris, and the warm, polite greetings from the housekeeping team on the 22nd floor. The team at Blue Sky also made every visit enjoyable with their welcoming smiles and attentive service.
It is the people who make this hotel so special. Every team member made us feel genuinely valued and cared for throughout our stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail created a truly memorable experience from beginning to end.

Location is very near the Central Ladprao shopping mall and connected via the sheltered link and carpark. Hotel lift travels first to every level. The spa cenvaree also has superb quality service (special thanks to massause Mdm Wassama who did my aromatherapy body massage).
We had a wonderful dining experience at Don Giovanni. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail were outstanding.
What truly made our evening special was the exceptional service. Arnon, Pla, and Kakai were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They spoke politely, thoughtfully served and divided the dishes for us, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire meal. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed.
Thank you for such a memorable evening. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Don Giovanni to anyone looking for excellent Italian cuisine and outstanding service.
