Behageligt personale. Rent og lækkert værelse. Fin placering i byen.

Overall the hotel was good, it wasn't as great as other Sheraton's in the group
Pros:

This year alone I have stayed in the Sheratons in Edinburgh and Fuerteventura. I would say the room needs updating in Berlin. The carpet and wardrobes were dated and there was some mould in the corner of the shower/bath. Bed, pillow and covers were outstanding, I slept amazing. Room was cleaned by the staff daily but like I mentioned an updated room would be excellent. I am comparing it against the other two hotels.
Breakfast again everything one could require so was really good with the option of omelettes made to order if needed. No issues on the breakfast and the staff were extremely attentive. Location was about a 15 minute walk to the Brandenburg gate so if you like to be in the centre this hotel isn't for you but if you like to stretch the legs in the morning it is most certainly.

Cons:

Like I mention above the room needs updating in terms of decor and carpet. Also needs in my opinion an new shower and have a shower only, not bath. People should pay extra if they want a bath in the room. There was some mould in the corner of the shower / bath. It is a negative but I didn't mind it to complain. I am comparing this against the other two Sheratons I stayed in this year.
Also on Tuesday night there was a special event booked in the hotel but in the courtyard which seems to be the hosting area where the bars are. Ahead of booking or at the point of check in this should have been made known to guests and to understand the requirements on the day especially in the evening returning to the hotel post dinner we were greeted by security telling us not to enter and to move down to another door to enter hotel. As this was not explained prior to the event starting it didn't leave a good taste in paying guests mouths. Again the other two Sheratons I stayed in this year don't operate like this the communication in those places is above and beyond.
Finally the bar during my stay seemed to never be open until my last night. The event was on one day fine but the other nights didn't appear open or closed early I can't figure. The hotel lost money on this because my cousins and I would have drank at the bar and we bought bottles of wine in other hotels in Berlin plus cocktails. Therefore this hotel missed out.
