Pros:

ホテル内での夕食でしたが、お手頃価格で、そして美味しかったです。
部屋からベルリン市内への電話ができず、フロントから使わせてもらうことができて、助かりました。

Cons:

待ち合わせをした同ホテルでの宿泊した友人から、部屋にガウンとスリッパ、そして歯ブラシセットがないことを不満に告げられました。

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Abgenutzte Stuhlbezüge. Der Fernseher im Zimmer war ein Witz, ein billiges kleines Standgerät auf dem Sideboard.

Great location, spacious rooms, problematic staff
Pros:

Spacious room, working air conditioning, great location - very close to Tiergarten, quite clean but far from pristine.

Cons:

Many issues with the staff - indifferent attitude; the cleaning staff knocks at your door before 9 am; we paid in cash and they couldn't give us the change because "they're switching shifts" and we should come for it later. We were in no hurry to get our 10 euros back (after all, it's a fraction of the cost of the stay and we weren't short on money) and the room was booked for 4 nights, so we had time. After two days, no one came over neither to our room, nor did they say anything when they saw us in the hall passing by the reception. So we asked ourselves - there was another employee who had no idea and there wasn't any comment on their internal system. So the attitude was like we were begging for the money. At the end, he just told us to come again when that first employee would be on shift. To cut a long story we got the change after the third attempt. And every time during the conversation, it was completely fine for the receptionists to go somewhere else in the middle of the conversation or get a call and go elsewhere.
Another thing which we thought was a great idea - you can skip the room cleaning and get a drink instead. Staff doesn't know about that and when you show the code you've been given, you can see errors in processing in their eyes. Great idea, poor execution.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ich war vor 10 jahren mal da und fand alles sehr ansprechend und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Als ich anzeigte, dass die Klimaanlage in einem der beiden Zimmer die ich gemietet hatte, nicht funktioniert, wurde mir an der Rezeption gezeigt, wie man sich dort kühlt. nämlich mit einem Ventilator. Ich hätte eine andere Antwort erwartet. In das Zimmer wurde dann allerdings auch ein Ventilator geliefert, aber das war´s dann auch mit Maßnahmen. Ich erwarte eine Entschädigung, vor allem weil es am 26-28.06.2026 in der Stadt sehr heiß war.

Es war eine schöne Zeit, wir würden uns gut Vorstellen können einen zweiten Besuch im Hotel zu machen.

Sie war Modern eingerichtet und man hatte gute Verbindungen mit dem Bus.

Die reinste Katastrophe nicht weiterempfehlen das ist kein Sheraton Hotel

Eigentlich gar nichts. Es war für mich eher aus wie ein Merkur oder Novotel das ist ein veralte Sheraton. Schade, dass das Hotel sich Sheraton nennt.

Cons:

Es war nur ein Koch zu geben dann gab der Kellner zu, dass nur eine Mayonnaise vorhanden ist. Viel zu lange Wartezeit für ein Bier, circa 45 Minuten, obwohl die Bar leer war. Auch die Küche hat sehr lange gedauert. Die Klimaanlage bei 40° funktioniert nicht richtig. war viel zu warm im Zimmer Fenster zu wie im Knast und das für 302 € die Nacht
