Schöner Kurztrip aber vom Sheraton bin ich anderes gewöhnt

Check in und Check out liefen ohne Probleme und waren sehr schnell, Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wurde auch noch einmal gefragt welche Bettenvariante man habe wollte.
Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber
Betten sehr bequem
Ebenso die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage war super

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet sehr überschaubar ( vergleicht man Sheraton in Saigon oder CanTho ) war dies nicht mal ein drittel von dem, also sehr ausbaufähig, die "Warmen" Speisen wie Speck oder Rüherei waren kalt und der Raum ist bei antrang viel zu klein so das man sich auf die Füße tritt
die "öffentlichen" Toiletten, also am Restaurant bzw Bar,waren zum Zeitpunkt des Besuchs sehr sehr verschmutzt da war zu dem Zeitpunkt keine REinigungskraft gefühlt seit Stunden sehr eckelig
Service im Außenbereich hat auch etwas gedauert, man musste an die Bar und fragen ob bedient wird
erstes Bier was serviert wurde war nicht kalt
die Bar unten ( gehört wohl nicht zum Hotel ) bestelltes Essen war kalt bzw noch gefroren
einziges Plus die Bedienung hat wirklich Ihr bestes gegeben und war teilweise echt im Stress

Wir hatten bei Buchung um ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer gebeten, welches wir auch bekommen haben. Bett/Matratte/Kissen sehr bequem, Standartzimmer sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Wir haben insgesamt 3 Nächte gebucht. Während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts wurde unser Zimmer nicht ein einziges mal vom Housekeeping aufgesucht, obwohl wir jeden Tag ab spätestens 9:30 Uhr bis zum späten Nachmittag außer Haus waren. Das haben wirvin dieser Preisklasse bei anderen Berliner Hotels (Melia, Dorint, Palace) so noch nicht erlebt. Frühstück war okay, aber für diese Hotelkategorie nur Mittelmaß. Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und sollte dringend saniert werden. Zimmer und Mobiliar sind ziemlich abgewohnt, Bad ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
