Pros:

The front desk staff (Ani & Alaina) were extremely helpful, kind, informative and just super nice. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. They had a stargazing viewing with a very knowledgeable pro named Adam. We absolutely loved this place.

Cons:

Кондиционер в комнате ужасно шумел всю ночь.
Комната на втором этаже без лифта. Пришлось тащить чемоданы по лестнице.

Durante a nossa estadia nunca tivemos wi-fi no quarto. Reportamos e nada foi feito - algo que não se compreende num hotel destes, num país de primeiro mundo!

A cada de banho inundava sempre que tomávamos banho!

Pros:

The property is well situated to head into town for local shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the property has lovely swimming pools and hiking trails. The free bicycle use is also a plus and a nice way to see the town.

Cons:

The walls and ceilings were quite thin so we constantly heard guests walking above us and talking next door in general.

The staff and customer service was great and the location was phenomenal
Pros:

The customer service, the staff was absolutely top-tier!

Cons:

I changed rooms two times, the staff was extremely accommodating. The first room was on the first floor however, I paid for a view, the second room. My carpet had large stains in the carpet. The property needs some upgrades for sure.

Enjoyed the location and the breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast, pool, water coolers

Cons:

The lighting in the room was awful. The bathroom was too bright with that light around the sink, especially when you get up at night. The tv was way too far away from the bed.
