Outstanding location with views of the hills.
Pros:

Facilities were clean and generously stocked coffee, tea, lotions… and the breakfast! Delicious!

Cons:

Only real complaint was pool hours not enforced. Our room was right over the small pool and dad with two screaming kids that were not trying to be quiet up until 10:30 when I finally called to have management enforce rules for the rest of us that are getting up early. After several calls, management finally came down to tell them and it took them another 10 minutes to leave.

Somehow lost a $350.00 shirt at this hotel, not sure how that happens, never saw that shirt again.

Stay was great. Booking.com did me dirty. But as long as I get my higher rate refunded…more than 400
Cons:

I didn’t like that booking.com cancelled the original booking. And I had to rebook at a higher rate. They said I would get the difference between the higher rate and my original booking refunded back to me

Loud
Pros:

It was nice that the breakfast stayed open until 10 am every day; we didn't feel rushed in the morning. The complimentary bikes were fun and the staff was helpful in exchanging locks. The location was walkable to old town and uptown.

Cons:

There was really loud construction noise (pile drivers) weekdays. We wish the hotel would have let us know as we would have chosen another hotel. There were several large groups of really loud teens that hijacked both pools and hot tubs all night. We were travelling with teens and even they thought the teen groups were obnoxious. Maybe the hotel should have restricted the teen groups to one pool, so families with less attention-seeking children and / or couples could have used the other pool.

Pros:

The location was excellent as well as the pool.
Great access to some wonderful hiking trails just out the backdoor of the property.

Cons:

Having to cart luggage up a flight of stairs was not good. Also the carpet in the room was filthy which was found out when I was walking around the room barefoot and then looked at the bottom of my feet and saw that they were both the color of garden soil.

Sehr schöner Zwischenstopp in einem tollen Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, schöne Hotelanlage. Gemütlicher und ansprechender Frühstücksraum. Die Concierge Patricia war äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr, sehr freundlich. Wenn wir wieder in Sedona vorbeikommen, werden wir wieder im Arabella übernachten.

Cons:

Wir haben keine Eismaschine in der Nähe des Zimmers gefunden ;-)

Excellent place to stay. Would come back again
Pros:

Seth at the registration desk was so welcoming and helpful. That started are stay on a good foot. Do happy to to have chosen this place. Courtyard had live music and a firepit for all to sit around
