Great location, friendly staff.
Sadly some other guests were quite noisy throughout the night, which obviously can't be helped by the hotel, but it made it hard to sleep some times.
No shampoo or bodywash. I was already in shower had to get out to call family to bring me some. I was angry! No coffee! No orange juice at breakfast. I was told they just ran out on all 3 days I was there. Pathetic liers!

Breakfast options were very limited to toast, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, juice, coffee, and water fountain. The building if very secure getting in and for parking. You have to be buzzed into the lobby and to get into the parking area. There is not an elevator, so if you can't do stairs I am not sure what the option is for that since the parking is on the ground floor. The parking is very small and first come first serve. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy, with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The only issue in the room was that the tub was very slippery when my husband took a shower. Noise level was great, especially being in the middle of the city. We felt very safe and secure when we walked from the motel to the train station and back.
The tub was slippery and the breakfast options were very limited. Pretty minor complaints compared to the things we liked about our stay. We would stay again for sure.
The staff was amazing and very accommodating communicated well and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
Booked for one night because affordable option with parking within walking distance of Oracle Park for concert. Bed was comfortable and windows seemed to be double paned minimizing street noise as my room was facing the street.
There aren’t enough parking spaces for number of rooms (~50%) so I had to make sure I arrived early to secure spot. And there’s a gate with entrance and exit controlled by office staff.
I liked how close it was to the venue we had tickets to.
The bathroom smelled like sewage. The “dresser of drawers” was a wire mesh organizer. I could tell the blankets and pillows had been laundered but the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls from the toiletries isle. The Quaker oatmeal pouches felt like they were purchased
