Pros:

Very nice out of town hotel. Staff were friendly and a nice bar. Room was good although the bathroom was small.

Excellent, there for work not pleasure bit the look forward to the hotel stay
Pros:

Rooms are clean, pleasant and fresh smelling, front desk personnel are amazing as is the hotel bar staff, food and drink menu. The clam chowder is one of the best I’ve had.

Pros:

Location was good but very disappointed that we had to pay $38 for breakfast. For a Hilton to charge for breakfast is unacceptable.

Pros:

Clean and confortable hôtel, the staff is vers friendly.

Cons:

They made a mistake and didn't check us in when we arrived but still made us pay for the room. They later the mistake but charged us a second time. I had to call the hôtel to get a refund for the second charge.

Well, kept Property, but extremely disappointing stay
Pros:

The property is convenient for us to be near our family, and the renovated rooms are done very well aesthetically

Cons:

The air conditioning system is extremely noisy and makes it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The shower faucets are awful. We could not change the temperature nor could we turn the water off. We were told that it was our fault and not theirs if they have difficult hardware to use there should be explicit instructions on how to use them.
