Zentral, komfortabel, ideal für Sightseeingtour
Pros:

Sie war sehr zentral und alles war wie erwartet. Leider erfolgte die zimmerübergabe verspätet und wir waren überrascht, für den Preis ein Zimmer nach hinten bekommen zu haben. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Hotel centralissimo
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, proprio davanti lo scott monument. Davanti l’hotel c’è la fermata del bus e a poca distanza la fermata airlink dall’aeroporto. Dall’hotel si può tranquillamente visitare tutta la città a piedi.
Reception aperta h 24, abbiamo potuto fare un check in notturno avvisando.
Camera funzionale e pulita.
Sala colazione con vista scott monument e castello.
Colazione fornita.
Ringrazio molto il personale del ristorante perché non sono stata bene con lo stomaco e per due sere mi hanno preparato un semplice pollo alla griglia con patate e carote al vapore. Non è semplice mangiare leggero a Edimburgo. Forniscono anche uno sconto del 20% per il ristorante.

Very convenient for tattoo
Pros:

Location was amazing, couldn't be faulted. Rooms were quiet and clean

Cons:

Stayed for dinner. However virtually no gluten free options available, even though hotel was aware. Very limited menu with a number of dishes not available. None of our first choices were available. No pinot grigio and no elderflower drinks either. Wouldn't eat there again

Great location but bed wasn’t comfortable
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast which is reasonably priced.

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed. Mattress sloped! Not great quality bed linen. No complimentary bottled water in the room which I would expect from a hotel

okay, but will only stay again if unable to find other accommodation.
Pros:

Location. Beautiful view from bedroom

Cons:

Bedroom.. no tissue, no biscuits with tea/ coffee. No fridge. Dust on skirting boards
Bathroom.. step high into shower. No grab-rail to assist (grab-rail is in situ at the shower control. Had to hold the towel rail which was very hot, had to use towel which also is a hazard if unable to grip tight through a thick towel.
Towel rail is also in need of repair, water leakage at joint fuzzing up.
Dining room surfaces - noted in the half moon table sating area are dusty, it is more noticeable on the plug sockets, and shows dust left by sweeping motion of duster/cloth.

Great location … great staff .. poor room complimentary tray.
Pros:

Lovely location . Staff friendly.. food good.

Cons:

No water in the room or biscuits. Room cost was heavy which I expected during the Military Tattoo and Fringe events.
However I’ve stayed in a number of cheaper Hotels which provided far better room facilities.
