Pros:

Location is exceptional and views worth the additional cost.

Cons:

Some additional amenities like hair conditioner, face washers and a few more teas & coffees would have been good but totally immaterial to overall satisfaction.

Exciting and unforgettable stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, all the visiting spots are in a walking distance. The view from the window of our room was a big surprise, we can see the skyline of the old town in the room. In the early morning, there was a wonderful outline of the old town. By the sunset, amazing warm light shines on the old buildings. In the evening, it shows a beautiful night view. All the above can be seen just in the room. We were so excited to have such a room. By the way, the staff are friendly and professional, the breakfast is rich.

Staff. All were friendly. Competent
Offered solutions before I could ask. Efficient. Good breakfast.View of Castle from room and Bar/ restaurant. Location short walk to Old Town, parks, rail station, with M&S next door gor snacks and 6 pack of water.

I will definitely book there when ever in Edinburgh as the location is the best.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was good, but did not include hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon or potatoes. The food that was there was good though. The restaurant for dinner was excellent I really enjoyed the chicken potatoes and vegetables, done perfectly. The coffee machine they have there is great any kind of coffee you want, loved that.

Just that the buffet didn't include hot items such as bacon, eggs, potatoes.

Great room shame about restaurant.
Pros:

The view in the morning

Cons:

We were told the restaurant was open. We planned a 70th reunion for my mother & her student nurse friends all now in their nineties. But all they could be served was sandwiches & soup.

Manzaralı oda tercih etmenizi tavsiye ederim, keyifli bir manzarada konaklamış olursunuz.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu harikaydı. Tüm gezilecek yerlere maksimum 10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Havaalanına ulaşım olarak da işinizi çok kolaylaştıran bir konum. Odamız kale manzaralıydı ve büyüklük olarak yeterliydi. Oda da manzaraya karşı vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Genel olarak temizdi, ütü ve ütü masası bulunması ayrıca işimizi kolaylaştırdı. Bir daha Edinburgh’a gelsem hiç düşünmeden tekrar tercih ederim.
