Comoda la posizione vicino al centro e ai collegamenti , bus , stazione , negozi e ristoranti . Buon rapporto qualità prezzo .

Cons:

Stanza piccola è un po’ anonima . Per un 4 stelle mancava il frigo . Doccia scomoda senza porta che allagava il bagno .

Expensive though comfortable
Pros:

Location on Princess Street

Cons:

The room number allotted had no bed side reading lights, when trying to replace the bulb the room went dark before all lights came on but no bed side lights on the bedside CLOUSER to window. Hence needed to walk in dark to bathroom in night. Also toilet seat was loose n not firmly tightened to toilet pot.

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and comfort

Cons:

Room didn’t match photo of what I thought I had booked. Room also right next to double doors in corridor which kept noisily banging as people walked through

Great hotel and location, poor sound-proofing
Pros:

Great hotel, amazing location with stunning views. Staff super friendly.

Cons:

Noise from deliveries being unloaded early in the morning to neighbouring shops woke us up.

Convenient location, but not up to snuff room and poor bathroom facility.
Cons:

The bathroom was very poor as was the bedroom - it was all so dreary and old. Not bright and up to date. We were told via email that we could have an early check in, but that didn’t happen. We got into our rooms earlier than 3pm, but not in the morning as we had been told. All in all it was just a dreary disappointing visit and glad we were only there one night.
