Our room was on the bottom floor and our sliding door had a hard time locking. There was a large dowel that you put up for extra security.

Will never stay here again would rather sleep in my car

There really was nothing to like we are very dissatisfied

Cons:

Toilet broken, moldy smelly window curtains, smelly room, bathroom not sanitized, staff rude, hotel didn’t have enough wash cloths/towels when asked for more, nothing smelled or felt clean. Parking situation was a nightmare.

The pool & the hot tub was nice & clean.

Cons:

The deposit was way too high, our room was low budget, the sheets and pillows were stained. It was not what I expected.

1. They advertise breakfast, but there is no breakfast. This is completely misleading.
2. They did not even provide a small bottle of water in the room.
3. The bed was extremely old and made a terrible noise. It was very uncomfortable, especially for couples.
4. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. You have to go to the front desk and ask for it. Also, the showerheads looked old and dirty.


Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. This hotel is worth no more than $80–$100 per night. They definitely do not deserve more than that.

Cons:

They advertise breakfast, but there is no breakfast. This is completely misleading.Even many 5-star hotels only charge a $50–$100 deposit, but this place charges a $250 deposit.

Cons:

Staff was not accommodating. Contradicting responses. Planned a trip for my family and currently pregnant. Drove from Sacramento and was not a very welcoming experience. Not to mention the shower was leaking every time we showered. Never again will I be staying here
