Cons:

It was unhygienic that there were fresh moles everywhere even on the toiletries tray for fresh toothbrushes. We got ill while staying there. Staff not friendly and breakfast standard below average so we skipped breakfast for few days even though we paid for it.

La posizione dell'albergo è in pieno centro (un bellissimo caos, caratteristico della città) a pochi passi dal quartiere mussulmano. Colazione molto buona. Lavanderia comoda, con lavatrici e asciugatrici. Bevande a disposizione.

Avevo prenotato una camera diversa da quella che mi è stata assegnata (molto più piccola) quando gliel'ho fatto presente mi hanno risposto che era la stessa, ma la foto descriveva una stanza molto più grande.

Ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para visitar lo más importante de Xi'an. Puedes ir andando a todo.
El desayuno es muy completo, cocina continental y asiática de buena calidad.

Cons:

We got a 2nd floor room; hoping (and requested) a high-floor room. But generally, very very good incl nice hot coffee ☕️ at breakfast. Most IHG coffee machines are making only lukewarm temp coffee.
