Easy access to the central tourist attractions
Pros:

The location of the hotel is top-notch. You can access almost all of the central tourist attractions on foot. If you want to visit the terracotta army museum, there is a metro line that gets you to the place right away!

Cons:

The hotel's staff barely speaks English...
It's not a big problem since we've been using translation apps and our communication was smooth, but still...

It would be really great to have English-speaking staff to resolve any issues momentarily.

One more thing. The room we had had windows going out to the next building covered in neon plates + it was a bit noisy, but earplugs were provided to us.

Toll für ein paar Tage in Xian!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist super! Wir waren überall entspannt zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war bequem, alles da. Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Es ist nicht ganz leicht zu finden, weil es in der Seitenstrasse liegt und Google es ziemlich falsch anzeigt.

Can't find the entrance of the hotel upon arrival. Hotel room has no view at all.

大廳的賣旅遊票券小姐不老实！
兵馬俑+來回車資250(半天)
結果8：30出發,回到钟樓近7點
8-12小團,
結果下午才去兵馬俑,3：00-5：30有団友去看秀場,
我在外頭苦等近3小時！
真是差劲

Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent facilities!
Pros:

Love the staff, they are super helpful and very reasonable. Staff was also very efficient at the breakfast place cleaning and making tables available. Nice job!

The washing machines and dryers are very useful for me, I'm very impressed by the cleanliness of the laundry room and the machines.

Cons:

Guests whom sometimes talk loudly in the corridor. They also bang the door very loudly.

Pros:

The location is unbeatable, it’s the best thing about this hotel. Near attractions, the subway and also 5min walk from the airport bus stop.

Cons:

Compared to other hotel breakfasts in China, this breakfast was not so good in terms of taste and assortment

Central location, close to the subway. The breakfast menu is great.

Cons:

Every single night was a party/disco until 4am. It was extramley loud. We could not sleep, it was so stressful after our 14hours flight.
Otherwise it would be a great hotel.
