Personnel très agréable, petit dej au top.
1,5km à pieds du centre historique et à moins de 10mn du tram en provenance directe de l’aéroport, idéal pour nous.

Cons:

Baignoire vieillissante en plastique, une douche « à l’Italienne » de qualité aurait été plus appréciée.

Rewelacyjny pobyt w sercu Florencji
Pros:

Hotel fantastycznie zlokalizowany, blisko centrum i dobrze skomunikowany.
Piękny pokój z mikrobalkonem, który dodawał uroku całości, mimo, że balkon już wołał o sprzątanie i wymianę stolika. :)
Śniadania pyszne, zawsze świeże pieczywo i całkiem spory wybór. Fantastyczną opcją jest możliwość zjedzenia śniadania na tarasie z przepięknym widokiem na miasto. Jedyny minus, to przeszkadzające w śniadaniu osy. Zlatują się do stolika jak tylko pojawi się na nim talerz z jedzeniem. Na dachu jest basen, malutki ale bardzo przyjemny. Woda cieplutka, wygodne leżaki. W lobby zawsze świeża woda z cytrusami, po powrocie ze zwiedzania w upale super opcja. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma i pomocna w każdej kwestii.

Pros:

Wonderful and well kept and serviced hotel with helpful and friendly stuff; nice rooftop terrace with great views over Florence. A little rooftop pool was great given the heat in summer. Fantastic breakfast, maybe the best in Italy we ever had.

Cons:

Really nothing; the 20' walk the the Uffizi could be shorter, but worth it.

Superb place for visiting Florance
Pros:

Perfect location, quiet neighborhood but still close to all major places. Great new parking garage provided for reasonable price in short didtance.
Breakfast was superb with multiple cold cuts and cheese from Italy.

Perfekte Ausgangslage für einen Aufenthalt in Florenz
Pros:

Wunderbare ruhige Lage in einem belebten Viertel, fussläufig zum Zentrum. Der Pool auf dem Dach und die Bar am Abend über den Dächern von Florenz waren unser Highlight. Das Ambiente ist elegant. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Die Zimmer wunderschön!

Best experience staying in Kraft
Pros:

I have to give credit to the personel at the reception. Especially Igor! He was so helpful, always ready to give advice on where to go on our holiday, help with the reservations and things about hotel, communicative, always smiling. And the staff at the bar and restaurant is one of the best we've seen and we have been to Florence 3 times now. Robert and crew were amazing, always knew what to do, read the room perfectly, after just one day he knew what kind of coffee we were having and what kind of drinks and meals we like. He knows his job and thats how every hotel should have their personel.
Food for breakfast was always fresh, best omelette with bacon, fresh croissants and juices.
I dont have to mention rooftop view and the pool, we spent most of our afternoons and evenings there, where Diego welcomed us and served us and was always ready for a chat with a smile on his face.
And the evenings, with the one of the best view, while having amazing dinner from their rooftop restaurant menu were magical.
This hotel and its personel deserves every praise because they all deserve it.
We for sure will be back.
