Location good. Not too far from any of the areas we wanted to visit
Shower head in our room did not work properly and wanted to eat at hotel and told all tables reserved. If I stay here I should be able to eat here without reservation
Super clean, comfortable room. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the pool area an added welcome bonus in the heat. We dined here for our last night and the food was superb along with the service

Great staff, beautiful view from the roof top restaurant at the breakfast!
Centrally located with nice amenities; you can get essentially everywhere in the city on foot. The pool was perfectly warm and inviting with a gorgeous view of the city. Service was on point and was appreciated at the end of a trek on foot around Florence and hiking the bell tower. The restaurant was also great. Great food, views and people.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t appreciate.

Siamo stati all’Hotel Kraft già ad agosto e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione, a circa 20 minuti dal centro, è ideale per chi ama passeggiare: il tragitto lungo l’Arno o tra le suggestive viuzze della città rende ogni spostamento piacevole.
Un vero valore aggiunto è il ristorante/bar sulla terrazza, con una splendida vista su Firenze, così come la zona piscina: non molto grande, ma perfetta per rilassarsi sui tetti della città, in un’atmosfera unica.
Il personale è sempre gentile e professionale, con check-in e check-out rapidi ed efficienti. La camera era pulita, curata e silenziosa.
Torniamo a Firenze ogni volta che possiamo e questo hotel resta una delle nostre scelte preferite. Assolutamente consigliato.

Czysto, komfortowe łóżko, klimatyzacja, wyciszenie. Miły personel, możliwość zostawienia bagaży i późniejszego wymeldowania. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji na samej górze (fajny widok). Czysta i bezpieczna okolica hotelu. Niedaleko jeździ autobus C2.
Skromne śniadanie i mały wybór, ale nadal warto wykupić. Mało restauracji w okolicy.

Super ausgestattetes Hotel mit tollem Mobiliar, eine mega tolle Dachterrasse mit sehr warmem Pool, traumhaftem Blick über ganz Florenz und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück, Bar und auf Wunsch sehr hochwertigem Abendessen. Man könnte annehmen, es sei eine echte Sterneküche mit sehr moderaten Preisen. Und das alles oben mit der tollen Rundumsicht. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Nicht weit vom Zentrum in einer ruhigen Straße.

Abbiamo soggiornato per alcuni giorni in questo hotel e siamo ripartite con già un po’ di nostalgia. Tutto impecabile: la pulizia,la colazione, e il riordino della camera. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff del ristorante e in particolare a Dimitri che, insieme ai suoi colleghi, ci ha fatte sentire coccolate durante tutto il soggiorno.
The location was perfect . The roof top bar and restaurant was amazing . Staff in the bar and restaurant were brilliant . Very comfy beds - very clean . Close the train station . Good in the restaurant was very good
