Beautiful!
Pros:

Wonderful ambience and comfortable large rooms. Light and bright with everything we needed. We also loved the staff, particularly Igor who gave us several great recommendations and was very genuine. We loved the rooftop terrace. Gorgeous view.

Cons:

Could have used some darkening curtains. Was a bit bright in the mornings.

Een superbed op de kamer; nooit zo gemakkelijk in een vreemd bed hebben kunnen slapen. de terasse en het bovenste deel. zalig om 's avonds nog een glas te drinken. super vriendelijke medewerkers

Omdat je op de weg naar de kamer 228 vanuit de lift op de 2. verdieping nog enkele trappen moet overwinnen, mogen ze hulp bij het kofferdragen aanbieden.
Het zwembad was via de bestaande ladder niet voor iedereen gemakkelijk toegankelijk;

Hotel good. Room nice and good location
Pros:

Location good. Not too far from any of the areas we wanted to visit

Cons:

Shower head in our room did not work properly and wanted to eat at hotel and told all tables reserved. If I stay here I should be able to eat here without reservation

Comfort and Ease in the heart of Florence
Pros:

Centrally located with nice amenities; you can get essentially everywhere in the city on foot. The pool was perfectly warm and inviting with a gorgeous view of the city. Service was on point and was appreciated at the end of a trek on foot around Florence and hiking the bell tower. The restaurant was also great. Great food, views and people.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t appreciate.

Fabuloys stay
Pros:

Super clean, comfortable room. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the pool area an added welcome bonus in the heat. We dined here for our last night and the food was superb along with the service
