Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi e altrettanti dalla Visarno arena luogo del concerto a cui dovevamo partecipare, camera piccolina ma pulita e ben tenuta bagno con tutto il necessario prodotti phon ecc, aria condizionata essenziale con i 40 gradi che c'erano fuori, posizionamento ottimo nel corridoio così ha rinfrescato senza dare fastidio, terrazza stupenda con piscina e vista sulla città, la mattina me la sono goduta un paio d'ore completamente in solitario, veramente una chicca staff molto gentile.

Cons:

purtroppo il parcheggio non è in loco e soprattutto è a pagamento quindi non compreso nei costi della camera, che già di suo, per una sola notte e senza colazione non è fra i più abbordabili, abbiamo optato per un'altra soluzione più economica sempre nella zona.

Definitely will stay there again and would definitely recommend it to all my friends visiting Florence.
Pros:

Love the Resturant upstairs breakfast at the pool. Pretty short, walking distance to all the major attractions. With Roberto upstairs opening in the kitchen for us early for breakfast and Igor getting us a cab and helping us with our luggage was have to say pretty awesome.

Cons:

I loved every moment out of it with the staff and the facility.

We had a wonderful time in Florence. The hotel was perfect for us and we would go back.
Pros:

The location was great (about a 15min walk from the main area, hard in the heat, but an easy flat walk). Our room was cleaned daily. The pool area had nice loungers and seat options, the pool itself was large enough to swim in. They provided drink service there which was nice. The views from the rooftop were amazing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and professional. Breakfast choices were wonderful.

Cons:

Our swimming towels weren’t changed for the duration of our stay. No complimentary bottled water in your rooms. They did provide water in the main reception area, but it was taken away in the evenings.

Cons:

Stresset, uorganisert personalet. Mange som jobbet der, men de gikk mest rundt å gjorde alt annet en å hjelpe gjestene. Mens den som var ansvarlig kjeftet og stressa på alle sine ansatte. Hver dag.

Loved our stay and will definitely recommend to others and come back
Pros:

The reception staff were so friendly. The breakfast served on the upper deck was a sensational way to start the day and again the staff were lovely and attentive. The pool was so refreshing when the weather was very hot and the air conditioning was bliss - a perfect retreat from the heatwave. Loved our stay here. We were a family of four with two teenagers and the quadruple room was perfect!

Cons:

Nothing negative to report - a decent stroll into town but manageable

Zimmer ausreichend groß mit kleinem Balkon, schöne Dachterrasse, gute Lage.

Cons:

Preis/Leistung stimmte nicht - Essen auch Frühstück zum Teil durchschnittlich, z. B. gab es auch morgens Mozzarella aber billigste Ware, Salami und Schinken sehr gut, sehr auf Amerikaner abgestimmt, z. T. sehr geschmacklos. Immer nachwürzen,. Keine gute italienische Küche.

Pros:

Taras i basen na dachu. Widok na Florencję oszałamiający.

Cons:

Nie było darmowej butelki wody w pokoju. Wydatek żaden a przy 36 stopniach bardzo by się przydała.

Pros:

朝食会場が素敵でしたが、スズメの襲撃に合うので、中で食べるのがオススメです。
また、オムレツをその場で作ってくれます。
スタッフの方たちの感じも良く、日本人の宿泊者も多いのか、日本語で話しかけてくれる方もいらっしゃいます。

Cons:

ドライヤーが弱いので、心配な人は持っていったほうがいいです。
駅からちょっと歩くので、大型のスーツケースだと大変だと思います。
