Pros:

We enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace. The bar service was excellent and the beds are comfy.

Cons:

The pool closes early and then they don't allow people on the terrace at night which is extremely disappointing given that most people book this place for the view of Florence. Also, our AC would shut off every time we left the room and removed our key card. We requested another key card so we could leave the AC running while we were out. Even then, the room was almost too hot to be able to sleep comfortably but I understand that's normal when it's over 100 degrees outside.

Colazione in terrazza, piscina, posizione perfetta perché al centro ma fuori dalla zona pedonale, parcheggio incluso nuovissimo e a pochi passi dall'hotel, posto disponibile per caricare e scaricare i bagagli dall'auto

Perfect for our first visit to Florence, would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kraft. It is a beautiful hotel with a very kind staff.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and beautiful.The room was comfortable and relaxing. The workers were all very kind and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant was fantastic. We ate breakfast and dinner there and the food was great. We also enjoyed the bar when the weather was extremely hot. We were able to meet family and a friend at our hotel and that was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Friendly facilities close to the action.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful with finding activities that were important to the guest. Warmth of staff to guests is the reason we return to accommodations. Roberto in the 5th floor bar area is a perfect example.
