Pros:

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. As I was only staying for one night between flights, I didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities, but overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The hotel is not located right next to the airport, so you’ll need to take some form of transportation. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel is somewhat limited, so if you don’t want to wait too long or need to leave very early, you may want to consider taking a taxi instead.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Terrific hotel. Not far from the airport. We selected a king suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Fabulous views from the 14th floor.
The hotel has an enormous out door pool a joy to swim in. Food was fabulous. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. Could not recommend this hotel more highly.

Comfortable and little surprise for the new experience
Pros:

Location is convenient for Business travel , hotel service and breakfast and room are quite good, feel relaxed. The most point touched me is the hotel service member did a lot of help for me for book texi and guide me how to find a local amazing food and recommend many good culture local things to me. Beside business, such experience is touch me.
Thank you MY & Danny, give me a very good recommendation and support during my stay.

Next trip, I will select this hotel again.

Hospitable staff
Pros:

I would like to commend all the hospitable staff of Holiday Inn & Suites. Professional and highly amiable staff—especially, Dat, Tesbi, Hiko, An, Thuc in the hotel restaurant. They are very friendly and anticipates all your needs. I highly recommend and definitely will come back.

Great Memories and Experience!
Pros:

Danny and Kyle were Great! We had a lot of luggage leaving and they helped us find a vehicle that would fit all of out luggage and helped load it. Over the stay at the Holiday Inn Saigon Airport was Great! Would definitely stay again!!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
Pros:

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service.

A special thank you to Kyle and Danny, who were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.

Convenient location, good amenities, good Bahn Mi.
Pros:

Convenient location near the airport. There are way more amenities available than I realized. Good coffee and Bahn Mi.

Cons:

I booked this property specifically for the airport shuttle. The instructions I received was to wait between columns 18-20, however I waited almost two hours and never saw a bus. Apparently there was a man walking around with a sign instead. The hotel staff were very apologetic and kind, they ensured I had a shuttle bus available for my departure and took care of me the rest of my stay.
