Nach wie vor ein tolles Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

da gibt es eine ganz außergewöhnliche Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstücksbuffet, sie hatte am Donnerstag, den 02.07. Dienst beim Zubereiten der Omelettes. Mit dieser Tätigkeit kennen wir sie schon eine Weile. Sowas von lieb, freundlich, plaudert mit den Gästen, man hat automatisch gute Laune. Leider wissen wir ihren Namen nicht aber wir denken, Sie wissen, wen wir meinen. Was uns diesmal am meisten imponiert hat, sie liebt ihren Job, er sei für sie der beste der Welt! So eine Einstellung zum Beruf findet man mittlerweile schon selten. Sie ist ein Kleinod in eurem Hotel, bewahrt sie euch bitte!

It fully encapsulated my whole viennese experience!
Pros:

The location was great, the rooms was tidy and the overall look of the building made our stay so much more enjoyable!

The AC was somewhat confusing and not as readable.

Sehr gute Lage neben Schlosspark Schönbrunn und nahe der U-Bahn, sehr schöner Garten. Zimmer gut ausgestattet und Bett sehr bequem. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ideal supplement to Wien visit
Pros:

It was stay linked with my trip to Austria/Bavaria with my Dad as his birthday 75 gift. The hotel was amazing, very well organized, rooms very comfortables for 2 people, very good bad. Breakfast's choice was so wide that each person can find something tasty to eat. And one remarkable thing in this hotel: your cofee is the best in the world!
