Well worth a visit
Pros:

There was a minor hiccup at check in over room allocation and check in didn't go smoothly.
However, the test of a good company is how it reacts and the hotel certainly made up for the error. Nicole offered a change of room to one on the 4th floor.  Following this kind gesture, my wife gave me nothing but glowing reports about the hotel and staff.
Overall, my wife and her friend were very impressed by your hotel, its location, the quality of the 4th floor room, the excellent food and especially the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, especially in the cafe and at breakfast.
A little more attention to detail following communication before booking and you would have received a higher rating.

Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr und ich versuche bei jedem Wienaufenthalt dort abzusteigen
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut mit einem Vielfältigen Büffee. Die Dame, die verschiedene Eierspeisen zubereitet ist extrem bemüht und fragt nach dem persönlichen Empfinden und den Tagesplänen. Ich finde das extrem nett!

Ulaşımı çok rahat ,otel temiz ve güzeldi kahvaltısı gayet güzel ,banyo yaparken sıcak soğuk dengesini ayarlamak biraz zor su aniden soğuk aniden sıcak olabiliyor. resepsiyondaki kızla anlaşmak zor üfflemekten başka yaptığı birşey yok hiç yardımcı olmadı ama erkek personel girişte çok yardımcı oldu keşke isimlerini öğrenseydim genel olarak iyi güler yüzlü personeli vardı biri hariç

מלון גדול ומפואר יחסית לדרוג שלו, רחוק מהמרכז אבל נמצא ליד תחנת רכבת תחתית וליד הגנים של שונברון, מיקום שקט ושלו למי שרוצה. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, לא חסר דבר. החדר שלי היה בסדר גמור, הכל נקי, מזרונים נוחים מאוד

מה שהפריע לי במלון כזה, היה חוסר תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים. למשל, שתיה בקבלה לנכנסים, בקבוק מים בחדר בהגעה, נעלי בית. היתה קופסא של חטיפים פתוחה ואכולה בארון של המיני באר, ונאלצתי להגיד להם שאני לא אכלתי ממנה כדי למנוע אי נעימות. ממש חוסר תשומת לב לפרטים קטנים וזה ממש חבל כי המלון נהדר

Besonderes Flair mit sehr zuvorkommend Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung des Personals, insbesondere an der Rezeption.
Außerdem gefallen uns das Flair des Hotels und die Lage sehr gut.
Man ist direkt am Schlosspark und hat eine schnelle Verbindung mit der U-Bahn in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer in dem wir bei unserem letzten Besuch waren, könnte einen Anstrich vertragen. Dass die Minibar nicht automatisch wieder aufgefüllt wird, könnte besser kommuniziert werden.

Trochu bylo zklamání zoo po letech. Votivni kostel světelná show nádhera.

Cons:

Zoo, zrušena žlutá tramvaj Ring nevím přesně ulici.
