ウィーンらしい素晴らしいホテル
Pros:

ホテル自体が大変華麗で、部屋も広くバスタブもあり、5泊でしたが快適に過ごすことができました。
朝ごはんも美味しかったです。スタッフの方もテキパキ動いてくれて、助かりました。
手荷物の預かりも快く引き受けて下さり、チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も観光ができました。
個人的に記憶に残っているのは、中庭です。
大きくはありませんが、噴水もありとても綺麗な空間でした。
また泊まりたいです。

Cons:

中心部からは少し離れているところ。
ただ、地下鉄もあるしシェーンブルン庭園が近く、この欠点を補ってあまりある。

Pros:

Reggeli nélkül foglaltam. A szálloda méltó a legnagyobb elismerésre. Elegáns, tiszta és kedves a személyzet.

Cons:

Az egyetlen kifogásom az, hogy túl korán kezdenek a takarítónök és nagyon hangosan beszélgetnek, emiatt kora reggel felverik a vendéget!

Zimmer schön, Frühstück hektisch und laut.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer (mit Upgrade) und gute Lage.

Cons:

Der Frühstückssaal ist riesen groß und ungemütlich, sehr hektisch und laut.
Das Personal scheint nicht sehr glücklich zu sein, es wird zumindest eine gewissen Unzufriedenheit ausgestrahlt.
Parkmöglichkeit nur in der öffentlichen Garage
(50€/24h) sehr teuer.

Zufrieden und schönes Hotem
Pros:

Gute Lage - freundliche Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Gebäck beim Frühstück wirkte mich ganz frisch - etwas trocken. In einem Zimmer waren Ameisen - Zimmertausch wurde aber sofort ermöglicht.

Pros:

Wie immer super. Sehr schön, ruhig und sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr freundlicher und gut gelaunter Köchin:) Nur wenige Minuten von U Bahn Station U4, mit der man schnell ins Zentrum kommt.

Keine zweite Buchung mehr / enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Bad sah neu aus.
Bett war gemütlich und groß.
Das Frühstück kostete €28,-, es war sehr groß und vielfältig, aber die Wurst und Käsesorten waren immer falsch beschriftet.
Personal im Frühstücksbereich nett.
Die Lage ist super, gleich neben der U-Bahn. Bäcker und Restaurants daneben. Schönbrunn auch gleich daneben.

Cons:

Das Classic Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Wände waren überall schmutzig. Die Chouch hatte sehr viele Flecken, die Stehlampe ging nicht.
Wir hatten plötzlich keinen Strom mehr, es dauerte bis das Personal jemanden geschickt hat und der wusste sich nicht zu helfen, das mussten wir selber lösen.
Das Zimmer wurde uns mit Parkplatz verkauft, bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, das die Tiefgarage privat sei und stolze €45,- pro 24h kostet. Unser Auto stand nicht einmal eine Stunde drinnen und wir zahlten €10,-. Wir stellten das Auto in eine Parkgarage einige U-Bahn-Stationen weiter ab.
Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise! verwirrt und unfreundlich.
Das Restaurant musste extra bezahlt werden. Wir wurden 4x von der Rezeption verbunden für die Tischreservierung, es hob keiner ab. Wir bekamen zwei kleine Kaffeetische zum Abendessen. Die Bänke waren sehr schmutzig und es dauerte lange bis das Essen kam. Dies war teuer, kleine Portionen aber gut. Das Personal war dort teilweise! launisch und sprachen schlecht über die dazugehörige Rezeption.
Verwirrung war auch, weil wir 2 Doppelzimmer hatten und in jedem Zimmer die ausziehbare Chouch aufgebaut war. Also für insg. 8 Personen. Auf der Chouch konnte man nicht schlafen. Sie war zwar gemütlich aber raunzte so, dass man wach wurde beim Umdrehen.


Im großen und ganzen für eine Übernachtung empfehlenswert aber für mehrere Tage/Urlaub enttäuschend.

Wir haben schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Es waren immer sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Für unseren Bedarf ist die Lage perfekt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön, geräumig und sauber.
Der Eingang in den Schönbrunner Park ist direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite.
U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind in einer Minute zu erreichen.
Sehr gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
Alles perfekt.

Ontspannen verblijf!
Pros:

Van ontvangst tot afscheid, alles verliep vlekkeloos. Lachende gezichten en vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt, veel keuze. We hadden een topverblijf! Hotel vlakbij openbaar vervoer om Wenen te verkennen. Zeker een aanrader!

Cons:

Kan geen slechte ervaring bedenken...
