Ein wunderschönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer freundliches Personal herrliche Umgebung.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat uns wie immer gut gefallen, wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel.

Cons:

Das einzige was wir bemängeln konnten war der Fernseher, mit der Fernbedienung konnten wir nur neun Programme öffnen, leider kein ORF zwei oder deutsche Sender wie ARD oder ZDF.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Leider war das Waschbecken schon des längeren kaputt. Das Fenster war die Leiste abgerissen. Der Vorhang hatte ein Loch von einer Zigarette. Die Wand war schmutzig. Das Klo kommen keine Menschen rein, die mehr wie 100 Kilo wiegen. Das ist ausgeschlossen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, großzügige Räume, sehr gutes Frühstück, Lage direkt neben Schloss Schönbrunn. Bar bis 5:00 Uhr offen.

Gut genug, um wiederzukommen
Pros:

Helle freundliche Räume, klassisch und modern eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, betreut von aufmerksamen freundlichem Personal, tolles Frühstück

Cons:

Die Matratze sollte erneuert werden. Sämtliche Stühle sind ohne Filzgleiter und daher teilweise schwer zu verschieben z.b. beim platzieren am Tisch und vor allem sehr laut, wenn sie verschoben werden. Davon bin ich mehrfach geweckt worden.

Die Lage und das geschichtsträchtige Hotel sind super bzw wunderschön.
Frühstück ist sehr auswahlreich und Heisspeisen werden gleich frisch gemacht.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hätte es ein Gratiswasser haben sollen.
