Near to airport
Coffee machine I. Room didn’t have pod tray so couldn’t have I. Room coffee. Outlets did not hold plugs securely
We booked a room at Western Inn in Rochester, US, through Booking.com. The site stated that payment would be taken at check‑in, and we provided our credit card details as required. However, just 30 minutes before our arrival, we received an email claiming there was an issue with our card and asking us to pay within two hours to avoid cancellation. We immediately called the Inn and completed the payment.
Despite this, the Inn messaged us saying our reservation had been cancelled. When we called for clarification, the staff were dismissive and said they couldn’t help, suggesting we book a different room with one king bed instead of the two queen beds we originally reserved.
When we arrived in person, the receptionist told us our room had already been given away. The manager refused to properly listen to our concerns and insisted the only option was to upgrade to a Premium Suite at nearly double the price. We declined and requested at least the remaining available room, as we were traveling as a family.
This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional hotel experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this Inn.
The room was clean and bed was comfortable
For the price I thought the room was very small,more like a Motel 6 or Economy Inn.The towels were not very plush and there was no bar soap only liquid.I thought it was overpriced

The 2 staff members 1st shif and last shif were great! Shuttle was a plus! Breakfast was good!

The smell of the building the door key you had to shae/jiggle it around to get in the room. A lot out of date but it was great for sleeping a few night's only.
Nos pillaba de camino hacia las cataratas del Niagara y buscabamos algo econimico con alojamiento y desayuno. Cumplio nuestras espectativas. Con ascensor para las habitaciones. Hotel tranquilo. Personal atento y agradable. Parking gratuito.
A pesar de ser de los mejores desayunos que nos hemos encontrado estos dias, nos siguen pareciendo justitos comparado con hoteles españoles. Tenia huevos revueltos, fruta, un par de cosas de bolleria, avena, gofres y tortitas, cereales y tostadas. A parte de cafe, zumos e infusiones. En una de las habitaciones la ducha funcionaba regular.

Location was good and it was nice to have free shuttle service to /from the airport.
We had to wait for 30 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport after being told it would be only 10 minutes.
