This is a little gem of a place. Fix the pillows and perfume from the carpet fresh and I would come and there to stay e

Convenient to the airport. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The pillows were horrible. They should be replacing them but these appeared to be old. Too much carpet fresh on the floors and the building. If your property is cleaned you should not have to cover it up with that stuff that chokes you. As someone with asthma I didn’t sleep the entire night because I could not breathe even with the air on high.

What this place is....
Pros:

This is not the 5 star romantic getaway but its a decent spot that does the job. The 1 part that sets this place aside is the staff. They act like they really care. They will even wash and fold your laundry. If you get time talk to them... they all seem so interesting.

Convenient location to ROC airport
Pros:

Location, staying here only because of the location. Picking up family from the airport at midnight and needed a place to stay, This hotel is so close to the airport. room was fine and there was breakfast.

Parking lot is confusing, breakfast was fine but nothing special.
