La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio I-35 N at Toepperwein

The rooms are super dirty. They look clean but the floors are disgusting. For someone who is accustomed to being barefoot just walking around it for 15 min left my feet black. And I think they just come after you check out for them to clean the rooms.

Rooms were so disgusting as soon as we checked in we immediately had to check out. Rooms smelled like smoke for a non-smoking room and mold. Bed sheets were dirty. Hair and bugs in sink and floors.

Nothing left

The restroom has a dead roach on the floor. The toilet had old dried pee on it at the base, there was mold n mildew on the wall n the sit down chair. The pool was full of leaves.

Cleanliness, breakfast, and parking lot

There was a wad of hair in the bathtub. The corners of the bathroom were very grody. One of the pillows on the king size bed was noticeably dingy and one the sheets had a stain. One of the mattresses had a huge dip in the center of it. The curtains had something visibly splattered/caked on them that resembled what maybe looked like spaghetti sauce (I hope). One of the a/c’s worked well and the other didn’t. I woke up in the middle of the night coughing because it felt like my throat was coated with whatever chemical was used to clean the room. The bath mat was dingy and stained. We had to ask for more milk for the cereal. There were no protein options or fruit. There was food left in the freezer compartment of the fridge. I found a piece of opened candy in the fridge area.

It was pretty dirty. Reserved the room for 6 people but they would only allow us 5 towels. The laundry facility has a sign that says “front office provides detergent and change 24/7” they don’t. We drove around looking for change just for the dryer to steal our quarters. The breakfast kind of sucks. The lobby and stairs are filthy so I didn’t trust to eat there. Never again

The stains on bed linens

The room and surrounding areas looks very old with paint peeling off, the floor is cracked and filled with soil and dirt. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable

The room was nasty. Bigotry I paid my money for such a nasty too. .. towels were nadty

Cigarettes holes on the bedding, front attention being rude to my wife, room looked old. The beds caved in, in the middle

Parking and location

Please e wasn’t so clean and breakfast was not good.

Elevator not working, room had a smell, microwave, coffee maker not working, old lamps missing light light bulb, was able to hear next door pets barking for a whole night, next door people were smoking and the smell went inside my room, the beds felt soo old, the pillows were old and very thin had to folded then in half, had a hard time changing channels with the tv, only one small trash can provided, the shower did not had any ventilation, the shower head had the white type around to prevent licking but when you turn it on water was splashing out side the bathtub, so there was a water puddle next to the bathtub, from the outside the building paint was coming off, the railings and stairs were rusty and old, pictures on the website look nice but the hotel in person is ugly
