La atención de una trabajadora de recepción, con pelo negro, se dió cuenta que hablábamos español y nos hizo el check- in en nuestro idioma, fué muy amable y atenta.
La habitación era enorme y preciosa, tenía de todo. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas.
Tenían puesto el AC antes de nuestra llegada, con una ola de calor, se agradece mucho

The room is very comfortable and tidy, with high-quality bedding and comfortable beds; the pool is excellent.
The duvet was made of real down and was of very high quality.
The hotel is surrounded by a pine forest. I would like to come back again.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and well connected.
Pros:

The location and facilities for kids was great, a nature trail, playground, good pool, gym, good size gift shop. There is also a gas station next door with a large shop.
There’s ample parking and it’s super well connected.
Amazing hotel.
