Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und alles makellos sauber. Die Bäder sind besonders toll ausgestattet mit 2 separaten Waschtischen. Die Betten sind himmlisch. Gastronomie haben wir nicht getestet.

A first rate hotel in a reasonable distance from Grand Canyon.
Pros:

Nice spacious room , with good food and drinks in the restaurant and bar. Great service in particular from Cassandra who served us at dinner on our first evening and again at breakfast on our last morning.

Cons:

There didn’t seem to be an option to book the room we had inclusive of breakfast, not sure why.

Our go-to hotel in Flagstaff - large rooms, excellent restaurant, beautiful setting
Pros:

The room was roomy and well-furnished. Excellent and attentive service at the restaurant. Friendly front desk and gift store people.

Cons:

For some reason, I'm listed as a UK resident and can't change this to the USA. Weird. Nothing about the updated property-but I miss the former open fireplace in the lobby and the old-school coffee shop.

Excellent place for anyone passing through Flagstaff or as a jump off for visiting the Grand Canyon.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed.

Fabulous hotel. Highly recommended. We loved our stay.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. Can't say enough about this place. It was a stop over heading to California from Santa Fe and I really didn't expect a wonderful stay. We didn't want to leave! We will be coming back.
