Our family's favorite again and again!
Pros:

First off the staff upgraded us to a better room at no charge simply because we requested to stay on the ground floor. The room was exceptional, the service fantastic. When we arrived in our room the duvet had a slight stain on it. The staff were quick to respond and changed the entire beds linens while having a pleasant conversation with us. We loved chatting with and seeing Daisy throughout the remainder of our stay. Our kids commented several times how nice she was and that they loved her big smile. We agree!

Cons:

I can't think of a thing we did not love about our stay. Everything was absolutely clean, staff was fantastic, room service so appreciated and delicious, the pool and playground were a hit with our kids and us!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. Everything was very well run. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

We had a King Grand View. The room was great but the bed for me was uncomfortable. Mattress was not comfortable.

Making a left out of the property is a challenge at times with oncoming traffic and semi trucks

Also the bath/shower is strangely designed. An accident waiting to happen.

More than impressed!
Pros:

Outdoors of the the complex looks older, but inside has been totally updated and is wonderful. Very comfy bed, attentive staff, set in a forested area. Only issue was hot tub was down for upgrading, but no big deal for us. Restaurant was reasonably priced, comfy and nice dishes! Close to I40

Nothing, complex is spread out though if you have accessibility challenges.
