One of the best hotels I've stayed at.
Pros:

Cleanliness that makes Buc-ee blush. Friendly as hell staff, great location, roomy rooms, nice little hiking trails in the middle of it.

There is no way to book a room with breakfast

Will never go back
Pros:

People in the restaurant were very friendly, breakfast was good

Cons:

We had four rooms, two of the four were not cleaned on the second day, someone put the "Privacy" tag on the door by the time we came back, and the lady at the reception we talked to reacted as if we were lying. We all wanted clean towels as we shared the room with multiple people and there was no possibly to dry the towels.
We complained a second time, that person was very friendly.

Lovely Place
Pros:

It's a beautiful property. I especially love to go for a morning walk along the path through the woods. It’s lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom felt outdated. There could be simple improvements like a decent shower. Also, the bathtub was not as clean as it should have been.

Das Zimmer war hell und sehr geräumig. Die Einrichtung war Top. Das Badezimmer hat viel Platz mit klassischen Ausstattung die zum verweilen einlädt.

Exceptional. Plan to come back if in or near Flagstaff.
Pros:

Style of facilities with Lodge type. Possibly bring in higher income folk separation. Company commits and board work sessions.
Small conventions.

Cons:

Parking? Keys would not take programming and not keeping programming to open room doors. One night stay we went through 4 keys just to enter our room

Obschon ich im Hotel war musste ich online buchen, denn der online-Preis war besser als der Preis direkt im Hotel.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Eine sehr gepflegte große Hotelanlage zum Wohlfühlen, sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.
Der Austausch der defekten Kaffeemaschine erfolgte nach Reklamation unverzüglich. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine große Gartenanlage (sehr gepflegt), ebenso ein Pool und ein Kinderspielplatz.
