Mon hôte, Tien fait tout pour vous mettre a l’aise, il vous conseille pour les visites, les trajets, les.reservations. votre linge est laver et récupérer dans la journée.
Il est souriant, à beaucoup d’humour.
Concernant la chambre rien a dire tout fonctionnait parfaitement
Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town. The facilities were sufficient for our needs, although there was one downside, hot water was available on the first day.

We really appreciated the option to leave our backpacks at the hotel, which was very convenient for us. The man at the reception was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit and made us feel welcome.

Overall, the accommodation offered good value for money. We had a positive experience and would recommend it to others!

Mr Tien and mr Long so friendly and always ready to help ,Owner Mr Tien always find solutions for my request and help when ever I need something.Hotel is in old quarter clean,bed is very comfortable,7/24 hot water, mr Tien gave me room with balcony so I was enjoying my time after long time walking in Hanoi .I’ll definitely come back there ,the housekeeping lady always smiles and helpful.Thanks to everybody who working there.Please bear in mind you are coming in different culture,different country and Hanoi very old country so building too ,don’t complain and just enjoy the time and moment.Viet people really working so hard and they are learning tourism and customer service so try be happy with minimalism,if you are looking %100 top quality hotel ,stop complaining and spend $1000 for high end hotel.Please ignore the negative feedback and stop searching and just book here , I wasted my time a lot while looking for hotel ,so no need stress.Book here for fear price.Trust me ,you don’t even stay in hotel during the day , you need secure places for sleep.Have nice holiday!!!🇻🇳🇻🇳🤗

Tien was an amazing host. Incredibly friendly and helpful, made me feel like I always had someone to help me out. The stay was also comfortable and very reasonable for the price!

The Host is very friendly and helpfull. Leaving our luggage there when arriving early and when leaving after check-out was no problem.

The rooms have airconditioning. The location of the hotel at the old gate is perfect. The rooms are cost efficient. The furniture and lavatory look well worn.

No podría haberme gustado más y no podría haberme sentido más cómoda en este lugar desde un primer momento, me sentí bien recibida y ayudada en todo por ti en más que agradecida, el primer día tuve un inconveniente con el aire que goteaba y en cinco minutos literal me lo solucionó, con el compré el crucero por la bahía de halong que resultó espectacular y coordino para que me buscaran en el puerto y me trajeran a ning binh hasta me acompañó a la parada del autobús cuando me fui! No se pierdan de conocerlo siempre de buen humor y con una sonrisa más que agradecida!!! El lugar impecable y en pleno old quarter

A pleasant and comfortable stay with friendly staff, a quiet central location, and easy access to nearby attractions, though the lack of an elevator may be a consideration for some guests.

On emplacement était juste parfait, proche de tout, situé dans le vieux quartier tout en étant au calme. chambre propre, fonctionnelle et entretien quotidien.
Notre hôte a été formidable, très professionnel, particulièrement accueillant et de très bons conseils.
Allez y les yeux fermés! Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. Merci encore 🙏🙏🙏
