Kind and welcoming hosts and a great stay!!
Pros:

Felt at home with Tien's kind hospitality and enjoyed our daily handshake! The rooms were spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet at night for a good sleep. Hotel is conveniently situated in the old quarter. We had a great stay and big thank you to Tien and his family!!

Amazing hotel with lovey hosts
Pros:

We had the best stay in Hanoi Boutique House. Mr T and his son were the nicest people we’ve met in Vietnam and we will definitely be booking here again when we come back. The room was spacious and clean and bathroom was perfect.

Great stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter
Pros:

Location is great! Down a very lively little backstreet right in the heart of the Old Town action. Mr. Tien is a very personable and helpful host. The first night we arrived late and were booked into the wrong room but straight away Mr. Tien apologised and resolved the issue by putting us in a larger room the following day and also giving us a small discount for our trouble. The rooms themselves are a little dated (some scuffs and marks on the furnishings) but felt clean and was very good value for money. Mr. Tien also helped arrange a very reasonably priced taxi from the airport and also SIM cards for us at no extra cost.

Cons:

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

The owner did offer a banana and some coffee

Cons:

Black mold. So much black mold. Saw 2 rooms amd both covered. The property should not be on booking.com No windows either. Owner also over charges on taxi amd water.
