Location was perfect for what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the rooftop pool and tennis courts was beautiful. The restaurant was convenient and affordable and our dinner was delicious. All staff were super helpful and friendly. The neighborhood felt safe since it was residential.
Only complaint was we could hear the elevator movement in our room since we were right beside it. Anytime anyone used it we could hear the workings of it. Except for that all was quiet (no voices, footsteps etc)

3-המיקום של המלון נמצא בין האיזור של סנטה מוניקה לבין מצפה הכוכבים והשדרה של הכוכבים אבל חייב להיות עם רכב או הובר
4- מקלחת יחסית קטנה ולא כל כך מפנקת
5- הם מציעים קפה חינם עד שעה 17:00 - קפה קר ולא טעים ללא חלב ותחליפי חלב
6- מיני בר בתשלום מאוד יקר!!

The room was huge - a mini apartment - and so plush. We were really impressed with the main king-sized bed, and the double sofa bed in the lounge - both 'rooms' had a huge TV, bathroom was large, so many facilities in and around the hotel too! Really liked the rooftop pool, especially at night with the gorgeous lights - and generally, very pleasant vibe, great staff, superb location. Couldn't have booked better! Thank you.
I didn't like the room service charges - so please be aware! There was a service charge and tip included (along with tax on both) - and I mistakenly added a tip (didn't know it was included) which was also taxed... this meant a few days worth of very expensive room service deliveries! I mentioned it on checkout, and said I didn't think it was clear enough on ordering - but was met with 'well, you signed the receipt, so....'. Hey ho, it is what it is - but I still feel it could be clearer for guests on the expenses and tax added everywhere!

Parking charges are excessive for guests. Cheaper overnight options up on the strip and in local lots… who wants to waste $70 a night to park a rental car?
Nous avons réservé une chambre avec kitchenette. Tous les équipements étaient fonctionnels, une poêle, une casserole, assiette x4, bol x2 ainsi qu'une éponge et un petit flacon de liquide vaisselle était fourni.
Literie confortable et salle de bain spacieuse. Terrasse sans équipement dessus.
L'hotel est placé dans un quartier résidentiel donc très calme le soir.
Personnel et voiturier du matin très gentil, souriant et agréable.
Le parking - 70$ par jour (ce sont les prix aux alentours aussi) pour un service d'accueil inexistant le soir.
Nous nous sommes garé dans la rue pour faire le check-in de notre chambre. Le réceptionniste nous a indiqué que le voiturier s'occuperait de nos bagages et de garer la voiture dans le parking de l'hotel.
Après 20min d'attente dehors, le voiturier ne s'est pas présenté et nous avons dû vider toutes nos affaires dans la rue. Ce n'est une fois devant l'accueil avec nos affaires que le réceptionniste s'est précipité pour prendre nos affaires et assurer le service du voiturier. Nous avons eu comme commentaire, pour excuser le voiturier : "qu'il était seul pour gérer le parking et que ce n'était pas facile..." (Il avait 1 voiture à garer qui est arrivée une fois que notre voiture vidée...). Nous trouvons injuste de nous faire payer un service qui est inexistant.
