Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness (clean room, 'Struttura pulita', 'chambre bien propre', 'النظافة'); overall consistently positive.
Service
8.8
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (excellent customer service, reception praised, specific staff named), but isolated reports of an unfriendly front-desk agent and occasional service lapses temper the score.
Location
8.3
Location repeatedly called exceptional and ideal for sightseeing/shopping, but ongoing construction, obstructed views and restricted vehicle access reduced convenience for some guests.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms noted as comfortable, good size and clean with comfortable beds; some mentions of incomplete equipment, limited TV channels and compromised views in a few cases.
Amenities
8.4
Positive amenities highlighted (excellent breakfast, cold water refill station, convenient passkey system), though some guests note missing features (no bar) and minor service limitations.
Value for Money
8
Generally perceived as good value given location and service, but issues like paid-for view ruined by construction and vehicle access problems lowered perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast repeatedly praised as very good/excellent; some suggestions for improvement (omelette on request, fresher juices) but overall strong F&B sentiment.
Overall Experience
7.5
Many guests report an excellent or 'perfect' stay, praising staff, cleanliness and location; however recurring negatives (construction, occasional power outage, access problems and sporadic staff issues) impacted the aggregate overall impression.

Very centric location. Very modern. Great value for the money.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Very good location. Right now there is construction at La ramblas, so it’s a bit noisy.

Pros:

The location was amazing! Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I don’t know what the other rooms are like, but there was very little counter space in the bathroom.

Pros:

Location is perfect. You cant ask for more. Ideal, easy access...Hop on Hop off bus stand is close by, There are enough halal restaurants next to the hotel, design rooms are spacious, front off team is amazing...ready to assist around the clock. They are ready to spend quality time to guide you with precise details...I remember Yurkin at FO but the rest of staff we interacted too were lovely. From the manager / supervisor to the Bell Boy...I have already recommended to many about this property...location & staff are the key...Inshallah shall return again without any doubt...
