Pros:

2 yaşındaki bebeğimle gittik banyoya kuvet ve ördek bırakmışlar gerçekten çok ince bir düşünce. Yemekte ise kızıma resim yapması için boya verdiler.
Konum iyi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Temizlik konusunda çok iyi diyemeyeceğim idare eder seviyede. Otel merkezi ama çevresinde yol çalışması var bu nedenle biraz gürültülü. Resepsiyon da işlemler çok yavaş ilerliyor. Kahvaltıyı ise yetersiz buldum. Camlar yeterince açılmıyor, klima ise çok soğuktu.

Personnel aux petits soins, emplacement exceptionnel (proche transports, sites touristiques), lit confortable, salle de bains spacieuse.

Tolle Lage und sehr zentral gelegen

Cons:

Sehr dreckig.. Kopfkissen im Bett mit Makeup Fleckem von denen davor, das Babybett ebenfalls in braunen Flecken übersäht (Bettdecke). Geht gar nicht! Bettwäsche war also nicht gewechselt worden...

Personal welches Zimmer reinigt sprach nur spanisch und es war schwierig zu erklären was das Problem ust.

Komfort und Moderne in Top Lage
Pros:

Top Lage an der Rambla, absolut sauber, es gibt einen großen Smart TV mit Netflix-Funktion. Personal sehr freundlich. Betten, Kissen sehr gemütlich. Kühlschrank mit Wasserflasche aus Glas die immer kostenlos im Eingangsbereich selbst aufgefüllt werden kann.

Cons:

Habe zum 2. Mal eingecheckt weil das Zimmer beim 1. Mal im Jänner einfach wunderschön war. Leider hatte ich diesmal ein etwas abgewohnteres Zimmer. Dennoch übertrifft die super Lage für die man hier auch letzten Endes bezahlt. Es war ansonsten alles wunderbar.
