Very dirty everybody had to be on the same floor nobody could go to the 4/5 floor the pool was very salty and nasty they don’t clean it the breakfast was also very unhealthy It made me sick and my hair fell out the pool bathrooms was nasty the hotel room was very dirty bathtub hella nasty got shit in it vending machines didn’t work or take cash had a good place but it was at the hotel it was so Ira

- asked for house keeping clerk said that they do house keeping each day( which they haven’t)
- I requested for them to replace the bed sheets since they haven’t
- Morning staff seems bothered every time I go to talk to him ( not good hospitality
- Breakfast are placed onece and never refilled ( add says continental breakfast and they have had biscuits with gravy and boiled eggs the past 3 days
- On Tuesday they started construction in the building which when booking and when checking in we were not told about any construction being done in our 9 day stay
- This morning may first there was a guy in a lift outside our window checking all the AC units and looking into the rooms 8:00am
- The hotel started removing the carpeting on the floor below us around 6:00am which was fairly loud
- On April 30th all of the handicap parking were blocked of for construction which forced my dad who needs the parking have to walk from abit further
- On Tuesday we found a dead bug in the kitchen and as of today may first Thursday it is still there

Upon arrival, we were expecting a $100 deposit, they raised the deposit to $150 and then expressed we are not allowed guests to visit our room. I was visiting from Michigan and purposely got a room with a couch for family to come visit us. They said if I wanted to visit with family I had to do it in their lobby and that was as far as anyone could come in or I would be charged the $150 deposit. We were expecting all amenities to be in the room, and only had a mini fridge. We purposely booked this hotel intending on using the hot tub which was out of service. Also later over heard staff explaining to another guest that there was renovations going on and they could start at 6:30-9am. Throughout this trip the hotel also had police sitting outside of the hotel running plates of cars for no reason! Wanting a relaxing vacation was asking too much from this hotel.

Staff behind counter being extremely rude 1 guy walked into my room with out knocking then just started looking around my daughter who was in the room asked him what he wanted he stated to fix the tv my daughter stated it’s on we didn’t call for downstairs he started looking around then left I explained this to the lady at the front desk she acted stand offish when i asked to speak with a supervisor or manager she asked what’s the problem i explained then she kinda told me that she doesn’t know that i have to speak with a manager i asked for 1 I was told 1 will come talk with me nothing until I seen this email
