Great location, close to metro and stores-everything could be reached by foot.

Cons:

Air conditioner was confusing, could not change temperature it was very cold in the room or super hot if we chose to shut it off. I had to use bed covers on top of bed sheet.

Perceft location, very nice roof bar, but repair the AC, please.
Pros:

Very convenient location; Rome's tourist spots (from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain) are within walking distance. We even walked to the Vatican, even though it took an hour. The big train station is very close, too. The Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major is literally on the other side of the road. The roof bar is wonderful, both when eating breakfast and drinking something in the evening.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was very spotty, but these days that's not that big of a deal. However, in the suite's bedroom, the AC couldn't be turned off* or tuned higher than 21 degrees. Some people love cold sleep - I don't and got a cold thanks to it. (To be precise: it could be turned off, but it always came back in 15 seconds.)

この高い宿泊費でこの設備の悪さは許せない！
Pros:

テルミニ駅から近くて便利な立地で、ルーフトップの景色も朝食も最高でした。観光にも便利で、すぐ近くにスーパーやジェラート屋さんもあって便利でした。

Cons:

部屋は少し狭めですが綺麗に保たれています。ただし建物自体が年代物で、室内の設備もかなり年期が入っています。特にエアコンの操作パネルが機能していなくて、常にエアコンが冷え冷えに作動し続けます。Switchを何度もオフにしますが、すぐに再稼働して一晩中動き続けます。フロントに相談したら、フロント側のSwitchでやっとオフにしてもらえましたが、毎日エアコンのオンとオフをフロントに依頼しないといけないのでとても不便でした。

また、客室用に1機だけしかないエレベーターも宿泊中はずっと故障中で、毎日階段で上り下りしていました。チェックアウトの時は荷物を下ろすのが大変でした。ルーフトップの朝食会場に向かっていた、杖をついたアメリカ人らしい老夫婦は、階段と荷物用のエレベーターでようやく屋上に辿り着いていて、見ていてかわいそうでした。

設備の不備についてはホテルから説明や謝罪なども全くなかったのが残念でした。
