Had a musty smell
The pillows were comfortable.
The room was very small for the amount paid. There were only 3 pillows, which I usually have at least 4 in a hotel room. The towels were stained and worn out. The material was barely held together in some spots. There was hair all over the bathroom and a musty smell in the room.
Location was descent, only 4 minutes from broadway street and 10 min from the water parks
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire property, from the entrance to our room and bathroom, was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. I have never stayed at a hotel in such an unsanitary and neglected condition.
We found dead bugs in the corners of the room, and the bed sheets had disturbing yellow stains that appeared to be bodily fluids or other secretions. Despite this, the sheets were never replaced. It was also extremely difficult to reach any staff member, even when we simply needed an extra towel.
The bathroom was heavily stained and filthy overall. To make matters worse, one of my friends found a pill bottle underneath the bedside table. When we moved the table slightly, we discovered a shocking amount of trash that had clearly not been cleaned.
Thankfully, we stayed for only one night. The price was completely unacceptable for the condition of the hotel and the lack of basic cleanliness and service. I would not stay here again, even if the room were free. I strongly recommend that management address these serious sanitation and housekeeping issues immediately.

The breakfast
I liked the location. Did have a lot of room for parking.. staff was nice .
There was a bin of garbage in the yard and small bags of garbage laying around by some of the doors. Watched someone mowing the lawn . Mowed right up to the bin full of garbage. Turned around and went back the other way. The safety lock door to enter was broke in a couple entrances . The one to get to where I stayed was one of them. The outside of the building could use some care. As for the room itself. It was a little small but ok. The light and clock were not plugged into the wall on one side of the bed. Bed was extremely soft and a/c unit was slightly loud. I am not a overly picky person. Will say I have stayed in worse places. And with this being in Wisconsin dells I was kinda hoping it would have been a little nicer. Meaning I could have stayed right down the street at Mt Olympus for the same price and what seemed from the outside to be a much cleaner place. Would I stay again? Possibly. Would I recommend it? Well I would inform the person then say it's a place to sleep.
