I liked the hotel and the breakfast
The swimming pool could have been warmer hotel could have been little cleaner
It was easy to find
Nothing
The location was good and pay at the destination.
Room was quoted wrong. Costed more than stated. Mold in the shower, bed springs could be felt while laying down, air conditioner was loud and kicked in all hours of the night. Breakfast had zero protein options for a diabetic, hot tub had so much chlorine it left a stinging feeling on our bodies, oh and we were left with scraps of toilet paper. When talking with front desk, they did not address the issues, telling us that a refund would not be issued for and early cancelation.
Vocational is great breakfast could have had a little bit more but everything else is great
Breakfast
It was nice the waffle irons got fixed quickly. Nice area to eat.
Need cups in the room.
Location
Extra 100.00 deposit at sign in. Said it was for damages we may incur. I have not seen a 100.00 credit back to my credit card yet. I'm almost 70 yrs old !
The bed was comfortable, but the bed sheets felt stiff. The location is close to attractions, the waterpark, and downtown.
Our room smells. We found an empty cigarette box in the nightstand. The carpet in our room was dirty and black. Luckily, we brought sandals and flip-flops to wear around, and the room felt muggy and sticky. There was mold in the bathroom, starting to grow on the ceiling. No housekeeping if you're there for more than a night. Breakfast was a disappointment. It was very blah. Not many options to choose from. There was trash overflowing in one of the trash bins by the side.
First room felt damp a musty like a cave
Got a second floor room instead and it was much better
When we talked into our room there was a really strong, almost over powering smell of urine. Yuck. The room looked and felt clean otherwise. We didn't get to check in until almost midnight and the hotel was full so there wasn't anything that they were going to be able to do about it at that time of night anyways. They do offer breakfast, but it was only waffles, banana muffins, bagels, bread, juice and coffee. Disappointing for sure. I'm glad we were only there one night.
Enjoyed the pool very much and the location was convenient. Nobody was in the pool area so I had fun swimming like a mermaid lol
The staff, rude and disrespectful, specifically checking in. The place could have been a bit cleaner and the bed seemed smaller than a queen. Also didn’t respect handicap room request. The free breakfast also sucked. Most of the time there’s eggs or sausage but they had waffles and cereal with a sad fruit bowl and two yogurt choices.
The was okay but could have offered Orange Juice. It was okay.
It could offer more breakfast items . Have a different items each daily meal. Could have done a better room cleaning.
Nothing
I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and rented two separate rooms. I wish the front desk had informed us during check-in that housekeeping was only provided upon request. That information was never mentioned.
On one of the days, around 3:00 PM, my friend went to the front desk to request fresh towels, clean sheets, and housekeeping. We were told someone would come, but no one ever did. The next day, when we brought it up again, instead of apologizing, we were essentially called liars. The manager was rude over the phone and said, “Do you want housekeeping or not?” in a very disrespectful tone.
The customer service was completely unacceptable. It felt like they had no interest in providing good service or resolving the issue professionally.
On top of that, the hotel was very dirty, poorly maintained, and did not feel safe. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend staying here.
