Hotel room was clean, facilities were good.
.I specifically booked this hotel because I expected it to be accommodating for families and young children. The listing clearly stated that a free cot was available, which was important for us travelling with a toddler.
However, when the cot arrived, it had no mattress whatsoever. When I contacted reception, rather than apologising or showing any concern, I was bluntly told “it’s the law” — which made very little sense considering we regularly stay in hotels that provide safe, suitable cot mattresses without issue.
What concerned me most was the proposed “solution” from staff: putting a duvet inside the cot to act as a mattress. Aside from being completely inappropriate, this is not considered safe sleep practice for young children.
As a result, my toddler had to sleep in the bed with me instead. I was staying in the bed alone with him and barely slept because I was constantly worried he would fall out during the night. It completely defeated the purpose of specifically booking somewhere that advertised itself as family-friendly with a cot available.
The whole interaction was handled poorly. No apology, no empathy, and the reception staff came across as rude and dismissive. Travelling with a small child is stressful enough without having to argue over basic safety and expected amenities.
Very disappointing experience from a hotel brand you’d expect much better from.
Easy access to T2.
Clean and comfortable. Made life easy for travelling and a good calm start to holiday flight.
Amazing Runway Bar. Recommended!
Scanning room card for lift. Didn’t get told about this and instructions were too small to notice!!
Did not habe Breakfast
Finding the hotel was extremely difficult at the airport.
They say it is 10 t0 15 minutes to terminal 3. If you had a car maybe.
Location
Might be a brand standards thing, but no biscuits, completely empty minibar so no choice, felt miserly for the price
Lovely.
All nice
Convenient

Great location. Very comfortable bed and shower. Quiet. Very convenient for the terminal
Charging for drop off is a bit ridiculous. We had to drag bags across the carpark from the free hire car drop off zone. The hire car taxi was prepared to drop us at the door but it’s £7.50 fee. Removing that drop off fee would have improved the experience.
So easy for Heathrow T3

Everything was modern, clean & functional.
Steps
Exactly right location for T2
Can't beat the location if you need to catch a flight out of Heathrow.
It was expensive for what it was.
Convenient, clean and quiet.
