Het was ok.
Pros:

Dichtbij het hoofdstation.
Badkamer

Cons:

1) Op het plaatje van de kamer zou er een Kingsize bed zijn. Was meer een twijfelaar.
2) Airco stond heel hard te blazen. Was niet te regelen. Ook temperatuur niet. Na paar keer bellen kwam een medewerker (wiens Nederlands over de telefoon zeer te wensen overliet). Hij was vriendelijk, maar ontdekte dat er een ander airco-systeem was dan waar hij mee bekend was. Bood aan dat er de volgende dag om 10 u iemand langs kon komen. Maar dan was ik al weer vertrokken. En het hotel zou helemaal volgeboekt zijn, dus ik kon ook niet naar een andere kamer. Uiteindelijk maar met tocht van de airco proberen te slapen.

So gut aber ab 2 Uhr früh war der Schlaf vorbei.

In der Nacht gab es mehr mals einen Alarm von der Klimaanlage hat sich nicht ausschalten lassen.
Beim Anruf in der Rezeption hat niemand abgenommen. Der Alarm kam alle 5 Minuten

Goede oplossing gekregen
Pros:

Midden in het centrum. Onze kamer was niet beschikbaar ivm onderhoud, maar ze kwamen uiteindelijk met een mooie upgrade kamer in het hotel ernaast.

Cons:

Onze kamer was toen we aankwamen niet beschikbaar. In eerste instantie kregen we een downgrade, maar na aangeven kregen we een upgrade naar een grotere kamer.

Location and the breakfast

Cons:

Small room. Not enough space for 3 suitcases. Having travelled from Australia we required large suitcases. Also shower gel empty for two days and no tissues replaced for two days.

Great home base in Utrecht
Pros:

Modern, clean, convenient hotel right next to Utrecht Central station. Accommodating staff and cozy room! Would easily stay again.

We enjoyed the central location, near the Tivoli convert hall, and rail/bus station for days out.
Pros:

Plenty of choice and plenty of places to sit and relax for breakfast. Quick and attentive staff on hand if any issues (not that we had any, apart from a swift milk refill). Breakfast extended to 11am at weekend was very welcome.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could have been improved

Hotel bem lovalizado, atendimento excelente e cordial, cafe da manha 12,50 euros porem farto tipo buffet.
Quarto nao muito grande porem perfeit9 e banheiro muito bem equipado. Secador de cabelos, xampu, creme hidratante para o corpo, sabonete liquido cheiroso, ferro para passar roupas, tabua de passar roupas, cafeteira com cafe e cha. Cama e lencois muito macios .
