Very friendly staff, overall a nice hotel
Pros:

I prefer boutique hotels but this was the only available hotel and i was positively surprised. Convenient location, clean room, not cheap, but in comparison to other hotels reasonable. Best part was the incredible friendly staff: they were very attentive, polite and helpful.

Location, location, location
Pros:

Great location between the train station and the old town - located in a very large shopping centre. Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast - good selection of food (sometimes very busy). The Breakfast Room doubled as a bar at night and is a very nice place to have a drink on returning to the hotel - water / tea / coffee always available and staff are loevly The access to the hotel is through the shopping centre coming back at night and the doors close around 12 and one door is opened by hotel key - works fine - very clear which door it is.

Cons:

Some of the seating in the breakfast room is a bit low for eating.
