Unangenehm
Pros:

Der Aufzug war modern.
Die Rezeption könnte Persisch.

Cons:

Ohne Klimaanlage müsste man das Fenster öffnen. Die Straße war sehr laut.
Die Dusche war kaputt.
Es gab kein Frühstückspaket für die Gäste, die früh abreisen wollen.

Billig und gut genug
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und viel. Es sollte eigentlich auch tee im Loungebereich geben diesen habe ich aber leider nicht gefunden.

Cons:

Es war nicht super sauber aber da ich sehr wenig bezahlt habe und nur eine Nacht zur Überbrückung dort war hat es mich nicht gestört.

Сніданок нормальний, розташування зручне. Персонал привітний, підказував, що за короткий термін подивитися, як проїхати.

Cons:

Я не вибагливий. Після підйому на гору Арарат перебування в готелі було досить прийнятним.

Very bad!
Cons:

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The photos online are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel.

The room amenities were extremely poor. There was no shampoo, no toothbrush, and almost no basic toiletries provided. Even the slippers were cheap plastic bathroom slippers. The bed sheets were very old and worn out, to the point that the fabric looked damaged and deteriorated.

To make matters worse, the shower was broken when we arrived. We reported the issue immediately, but it took two days before it was finally repaired.

The breakfast was also disappointing. It consisted mainly of boiled eggs, two types of cheese, and a very low-quality cold cut. What was even more surprising was that the staff seemed to ration the boiled eggs, bringing only a few at a time as if they were worried guests might eat too many.

The only positive aspects of this hotel are its convenient location and the polite staff. However, overall the hotel is of very low quality and does not deserve its rating. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful. The tour with the boat to the island was really well facilitated and that was the highlight of our stay in Van!

Cons:

Breakfast was adequate but not a joy to write home about

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay, it was clean and comfortable, and they allowed us to park our car in front of the hotel.

Cons:

No parking, but they do note this on the website and there is not a lot that they can do about it, just something to note.
