The Pearl Hoi An

Booked Honeymoon package alongside an additional 5 nights for the extras it offered. l was expecting an uninterrupted seaview and private balcony. As it turned out we didn't sit out often on the balcony due to heat & humidity. The seaview and beach acess from the massive pool more than made up.
The spa treatment was wonderful - allow yourselves 3 hrs.
Overall staff and facilities were very good with big comfy bed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great pool and beach. Plenty of comfy sunbeds around pool and beach. Big fluffy pool towels. Huge breakfast buffet.
Staff all kind, friendly and helpful.
Short (cheap) taxi ride to Old Town.
Villas all with private pools would make great base for 2 -3 couples or big extended family groups.

So far my best find in Asia for holidaying with young kids. The Pearl has it all. We loved its location, cleanliness and well maintained premises. Its nicely distanced from the busy Asian life yet within easy reach for good food and activities for kids. One of the best highlights is the attentive highly skilled staff at the customer service make the Pearl most welcoming and feel at home. We had the privilege of receiving great service from Tracy, Trang and Hina, when you get there ask for these great staff and you will know how professional and superb they are. The resort organises the Xmas and NY celebrations, and its a blast. There is so much good stuff about the Pearl which I generously shared with my friends and relatives and we are in the middle of organising our next holiday at the Pearl with a big crew and even a wedding celebration. So big thanks and applaud to the Pearl team

Great location, clean facilities and lovely staff who are very attentive. Special mention to "An" on the front desk who was a fabulous help and very polite.
Pool was stunning, convenient little store, games room, and pool bar on site too.
Buffet was large and great too.
Very easy to book a Grab, and only 20 mins walk into busy streets with food and shopping.

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff!
Our stay at this resort was truly memorable, and the absolute highlight was the staff. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, every single employee we encountered was incredibly kind, warm, and eager to help.
Arrival & Getting Around
During check-in, the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. They took their time trying to explain how the resort works. While every resort in a foreign country has its own policies that you just have to adapt to, the staff handled everything with grace and patience. The resort is quite large, and though we noticed several closed-down shop spaces (likely a lingering effect of the pandemic), it was very easy to navigate once we got our bearings.
The Accommodations & Housekeeping
Our room was made up perfectly every single day. The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely and so hardworking. I highly recommend tipping them a little bit every day rather than at the end of the week, since different staff members work on different days, and they truly deserve it!
Daily Relaxation: Pool, Beach, & Spa
Our days were spent relaxing by the water, was wonderful:
The Pool: Unlike many resorts where the pools are freezing, this one was incredibly warm and beautiful. It was a lifesaver traveling with children, as they could swim comfortably for hours. Plus, there were always plenty of lounge chairs available—we never had to fight for a spot.
The Beach: The resort offers easy access to the beach with plenty of lounge chairs. Surprisingly, most guests stuck to the pool, so we often had the beach to ourselves! Swimming in the warm Pacific ocean was lovely. There is a sectioned-off swimming area; some days the waves were a bit rough, but it was incredibly fun.
The Spa: If you want to pamper yourself, look at bundling individual services together. The bundled pricing was incredibly reasonable—much better than the spas downtown!

The hotel was great for a few days of down time and relaxation. We stayed in the two bedroom apartments facing the beach. The beds were soooo comfortable, great room /views and very clean. The spa amazing and the kids loooved the kids club with Diem and the huge pool provided endless fun. We had a birthday while there and there was great customer support with Sally in organising a cake. .

Wonderful size!

My husband and I were here for the 5th time and we can’t recommend it. All the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. I have a special mention for the lady on the egg station at breakfast, sorry but I don’t know her name. It’s amazing watching her cooking an omelette. Bros Chicken down stairs in the hotel is well worth a visit. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon

Everything is great. Stuff is really supported and kind. Great big pool and great clean beach. Food is amazing! Highly recommended :)
