The pool area
The beach outside was full of rubbish-other resorts along the beach had cleared the rubbish but it was really awful outside the pearl and not a place you would want to sit. The buildings except for one are run down and covered in rust. We had an ocean view which was lovely but unfortunately looked over a derelict old shopping area that the pearl had closed off. The breakfast restaurant was like a school cafeteria with no ambiance just a large hall feeling. Front desk weren’t particularly friendly.

Большая территория. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Я оставила в такси телефон, девушка на ресепшене помогла связаться в водителем и уговорить его приехать в отель. Свой пляж, но грязный. Пляжный бар работал даже в сильный ливень. Много вешалок в номере
- в номере тапочки кто-то уже носил
- окна в номере были мутные, скорее всего внутри стеклопакета запотели
- пляж грязный, много мусора.
- телевизор в номере смотрит в стену, не напротив кровати, не удобно смотреть.
- холодильник в номере не работал ( свет горел, но холода не было)

We truly enjoyed a pleasant and memorable 10-day stay. The housekeeping team was exceptional and consistently on top of their game, keeping everything spotless throughout our visit.

Everything, perfect hotel
Only one thing. The $12aud bottle evian water. Very expensive.
To be honest this property the only ok experience was the breakfast.
Unfortunately, our overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
The swimming pool was disgustingly dirty, and we found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay.
A particularly distressing incident occurred when a child, who was not yet two years old, went missing. We witnessed the mother crying and asking for help. From what we observed, reception did not assist with the search and continued checking in guests, despite the seriousness of the situation. Guests asked for the police to be called, but this did not happen, and we did not see entrances being closed off. Security eventually found the child approximately two to three hours later, thankfully safe.
We found the handling of this incident deeply upsetting, particularly the lack of empathy shown towards the mother. Our interaction with the manager was also unpleasant, and we felt our concerns were not treated with the seriousness they deserved.
The experience was so disappointing that we decided to check out earlier than planned.
We also had an unresolved issue with the deposit paid at check-in. We left the room in good condition, but the hotel refused to refund the deposit. This added to our dissatisfaction with the stay.
Overall, the cleanliness, staff attitude, handling of a serious incident, and unresolved deposit issue made this a very disappointing experience. Based on our stay, we would not recommend this hotel or choose to return.
So many options to choose from. Love the pool. We wanted to stay an extra night and the staff were very helpful to accommodate us. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful especially front service desk staff An.

Tolle Anlage mit einem wunderschönen Strand und einem schönen Pool. Sehr nettes Personal. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
