The pool is great.
The food menu wasn’t great. There aren’t many Vietnamese choices. When staying for 7 days with young kids you’ll have to rely on leaving the property due to their “no outside food” policy. I’d suggest if you want people to follow that policy, provide more food choices.
Staff was very friendly especially Ms An - the receptionist. I want to highlight the housekeeping team - very clean and they help us very fast.
Moreover the Hotel gave to our child a special small gift for his birthday! Thank you again!
By the way the breakfast is perfect, a lot of food and drinks!

The property is visually breathtaking, boasting impeccably manicured gardens, sweeping panoramic views directly from the room, and practical perks like complimentary laundry service that make the excellent pricing feel like an absolute steal.
The massive resort feels strangely hollow due to vast rows of empty storefronts and limited dining options that forced us into Old Town on a poorly timed shuttle, all compounded by a distinct language barrier and clunky, unsmiling service that swung wildly from a delicious dinner to a chaotic breakfast.
The property is big. It is quite clean. The private beach and the pool.
The resort is hardly value for money. There isn’t much place to move around in the room. The bathroom is very small.
The breakfast seemed like a big public feast. The room had ACs but they weren’t effective. Line for coffee was never ending. The quality of food is just about okay.
There is no restaurant in such a big resort which is quite surprising. Also, it is located quite far from main areas like My Khe beach. For a resort considered 5 star, there is definitely a long way to go.
Les chambres rénovées: Très propres et très bien équipées. Les lit sont très confortables. Privilégiez les chambres vue sur mer. Le supplément est vaut le prix. Le personnel très gentil et à l’écoute des moindres demandes.
La piscine de grande taille et une plage de sable blanc longue et large donc pas les uns sur les autres .
Dommage qu’il n’y est pas assez de parasol au bord de la mer.
The pool area and beach are fantastic. Plenty of comfortable sun beds and pool towels. Modern room with good a/c, shower and super comfy bed.
Check in and check out are a joke. It took an hour to check in (how on earth?!) and over 40 minutes to check out. Whatever “system” they have in place is clearly not working.
The breakfast buffet food selection is lacklustre, and it’s so busy and noisy it feels like being in a high school canteen. Only 2 coffee machines for all the guests. Disappointing.
Pool bar is shabby with poor selection of food which is over-priced.

Direct access to the beach, swimming pool, comfortable beds, location.
- Impersonal. Size of the complex, it is too big. Many properties on the complex are empty, feels as a deserted place;
- No personal approach. Due to the size of the complex, personnel is not busy anymore with its customers (not consumer centric), but with processes. On top they speak poorly English. Picking up things from the room or deliveries to it takes ages. It costs them too much time whereas they always say that someone already is on the way (we are patient people btw);
- No clean. The floor of our apartment was very dirty, had very dirty feet after just walking/entering our room (supposed to be cleaned). We asked them to clean, they confirmed, but never came to do so;
- Breakfast is an enormous floor area. Feels as a breakfast factory. Very loud area, with many people and personnel who do not speak English.
- A cappuccino with your breakfast? That is possible but they charge extra for it. If this were to be a five star hotel, a cappuccino would be included right?

What a joke. My first experience in Vietnam and it honestly has no explanation.
From the moment I arrived at reception, I felt that the staff were unhelpful and uninterested in solving even simple issues. Communication in English was extremely difficult, and instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like every request was a struggle.
Don’t even bother complaining to management, it feels like they think they’re above the guests instead of there to help. They will keep mentioning that they studied in Canada.
This is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. It’s more like a summer camp. Good luck finding a sunbed or any peace and quiet. The place is packed with tour groups, so if you’re looking to relax, forget it.
For me, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
