Terrible experiencia.
Pros:

Los empleados son atentos y están dispuestos a ayudar :) y la piscina es perfecta para niños.

Cons:

Me cobraron por anticipado por total ocupación. El ascensor tiene un lector de tarjetas que no sirve. El cuarto olía a humedad. Además, era demasiado pequeño. Las camas súper incómodas. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. La secadora olía a quemado. La televisión transmite en inglés solamente, con apenas 2 o 3 canales en español. No hay Smart TV. La cerradura fallaba y costaba muchísimo abrir la puerta. Dejan muy poco jabón, shampoo y agua de beber, apenas unas botellas pequeñas. Las camas y almohadas son durísimas. Instalaciones viejas. El desayuno terrible. Las toallas están demasiado viejas y descuidadas. NI SIQUIERA HABIA CLOSET, NI CAJA FUERTE.

Quiero aclarar que me cobraron CASI 3 MIL PESOS LA NOCHE, y sus instalaciones no valen ni la tercera parte de eso, parecía que estábamos en un motel de mala muerte.

Hey estado en decenas de hoteles dentro y fuera de México, y quiero aclarar que este es el peor hotel al que haya ido jamás. Fue la peor manera de cerrar mis vacaciones familiares.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y, en general, todo lo tienen limpio, bien organizado y servicios de muy buena calidad.

Cons:

El agua en la regadera queda estancada y la tapa del escusado no sube completamente, parece que fue error de diseño, porque se atora con el mueble.

Pros:

Muy rico desayuno, con variedad. Excelente la cafeteria disponible 24 horas. El elevador funcionaba muy bien, rapido y eficiente. La maquina de hielo gratis estuvo muy bien. Personal muy atento.

Cons:

Regadera de alberca estaba sucia y no funcionaba bien, habia mucha agua tirada en esa area. Estaba lejos de la alberca.
