Clearly never again
Pros:

Great staff if we exclude the waitress at the restaurant thinking we were leaving without paying instead of smoking

Cons:

The room service was a joke, cold burger we had to send back, second wasn't even cooked.

The sound insulation is terrible.

People at the pool put their drinks on our room.

The bathtub is only a decorative structure, and the paint of the shower cabine falling apart

High quality place with great staff
Pros:

We stayed few nights in a nearby property and I can say that staff here was nicer and more helpful than at the other place. They were always helpful and smiling.

The property is beautiful and very well taken care of.
The room was spacious and very well equipped. We had a huge shower cabin and a jakuzzi as well. There were all sort of functional areas in the room, like a desk for working, couches to lay down, etc. The view from the room was very nice.
Place was about 5 minutes by walk from the beach.

We arrived before the check in time and were allowed to take our room, what was much appreciated.
Breakfast was great, huge selection, everything fresh and tasty.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Cons:

Around the main pool they have music from 10am. If you want to sleep longer it is not quite possible. I would have appreciated to be asked at the check-in what I prefer.
