La piscine de 50m pour nager… super top !!!

Cons:

Globalement tout est bien. Dommage d’avoir un gros hôtel hideux juste devant qui cache la vue mer et surtout le coucher de soleil…

Impeccable service where nothing is too much within a idillic setting

Would have been nice to access the beach which you could do from the hotel next door. This is a minor complaint because the hotel was otherwise perfect

Overrated and the rude restaurant and pool staff ruined it

Design of pool was lovely.

Cons:

The staff were incredibly rude. Breakfast ended at 11 and I get that it ends but it was panic for the staff to hurry everyone and the food taken away while people were still at the stations. I get the times but never had that experience before

The swimming pool ran out of sun loungers two days in a row. Which was disappointing but never had that before , not a single bed and there was a queue of hotel guests behind us. They were also shutting off the second family smaller pool - unsure why.
The girl at the swimming my pool desk was incredibly rude. I was asking if we could wait on the couches until something came up and if the umbrella could be put up. A fair ask and I was being so patient - she was so rude and said to me that if I had a problem that she was only staff and speak to the manager. Her anger came out of nowhere for me as a customer who was happy to wait while the sun loungers. I did ask to speak to the manager as she really upset me. The manager apologised and was very kind and said her staff was sick. Everyone can have bad days but to be so incredibly rude it was actually really upsetting. This is an expensive hotel, I work hard and have customers myself and have never spoken to someone like that even if I wanted to.

Reception staff were lovely and the concierge .

A beautiful, high-quality hotel with fantastic facilities and breakfast, although the poolside service could be improved
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a lovely room, fantastic breakfast and a great pool area with a DJ. Everything felt very high quality and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The main downside was the service around the pool, which was quite slow and it could be difficult to get someone’s attention. Given the price and standard of the hotel, I would have expected the poolside service to be more attentive. I also wasn’t keen on the completely glass shower being visible from the bedroom, as there was very little privacy.
