Overall, a very nice hotel.
Pros:

Very central location. Clean, comfortable and luxurious bathroom.

Cons:

Vinothek restaurant was mediocre. The street the hotel is on is not that appealing.

Hospitality, Ambience and a Good Value were reasons we are repeat customers of this comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The convenient location, breakfast options, dinner menu/restaurant, overall comfortably attractive furnishings and pricing made it a pleasant stay and good value. Hotel and food service staff throughout were excellent and respectful.

Cons:

Street car noise during the day, though not noticeable during the night.

Most enjoyable
Pros:

All good although when I had a meal in the restaurant I was amazed that Corn Fed Chicken was 42Euros. A cheap commodity but very overpriced. I had not seen the price as I did not have my glasses with me. I would not have chosen it if I had known.

central toutefois les taxis ne savent pas arriver jusqu'à l'hotel

It was very exhausting as our sleep was often interrupted by the noise from outside.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were amazing.

Cons:

There wasn’t air conditioning in our room and the noise from outside (traffic and people) was very loud. There were no tea/coffee facilities in our room. We purchased our own electric jug. The fridge wasn’t cold enough for us spoilt Aussies who like our drinks icy cold. The was a pedestal fan supplied.

We just about managed to get through our stay. Nothing good, except the location, to remember.
Pros:

The breakfast was average. The food was replenished after delay or on making request.
The location was very good. The closure of the road in front was a handicap.

Cons:

No arrangement for making tea in the room which requires boiling water. Small electric kettle should be provided. The hotel offered to bring hot water to the room which was not satisfactory.
The shower cabin was imperfectly made. Water would flow out on the floor and come into the room. We used multiple towels to keep the floor dry. Complaints to the front desk had no effect.

Noisy. Hot. Small full/queen bed, not “King”
Cons:

Room was hot. Air conditioning not standard. Offered for additional 40 Euro per room at time of check in. Windows open but had the tram stop under our window. Given lousy room, even though hotel was not full.
