A localização era excelente mesmo junto a estação

Cons:

Serviço um pouco abaixo de um Hotel de 4 estrelas. Não tínhamos sequer uma garrafa de água sem ser a pagar que fizeram questão de nos cobrar.

I’ve stayed in this hotel 3 times so far, and the service was always impeccable.

Bon hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Munich à pieds ou en transports publics.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la gare centrale de Munich. Parking sécurisé et payant à proximité (réduction importante du prix via le lobby de l’hôtel). Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Insonorisation des fenêtres trop faible : on entend assez fortement les bruits de la rue. Salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais spacieuse.

I will come back here next time I have a business trip in Munich.
Pros:

The room was large enough, well appointed, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location not far from the central train station was convenient for me (10 minute walk to the Lufthansa airport bus stop, for example). For breakfast, I took a morning walk to a nice cafe (https://maps.app.goo.gl/q3KzXK9BpQKMp6dg7), and that worked well since I like to combine walks with breakfast.

Cons:

The street that the Excelsior is on has an unfinished construction project right across from the hotel, and that is somewhat off putting for some travelers.
