Hubby and I loved this hotel so much that we cancelled our other booking to come back here. We left today to visit the rest of Vietnam and it truly felt like saying « see you soon » to friends. In this hotel, everything is exceptional from the doorman/porter who greets you with a big smile and removes his shoes while bringing your luggage’s in your room, the staff (Kim, Fiona and Anna) who are genuinely so happy to see you, help you and chat with you, the masseuse who are extremely professional and talented to the chef who prepare and serve an amazing buffet breakfast and dinner. The level of attention to details and the care from the staff was highly appreciated. To all the staff, thank you for making our second stay as memorable as the first one. We will miss you all!

I stayed on the 10 floor and the restaurant was right over me and it got pretty loud in the morning.
Super handy and accessible in conjunction to all major attractions, train street is just metres away. The staff are just wonderful, Ms Fiona and staff, thank you for looking after my family and I! You went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! From the bottom of our hearts, we Thank you!

- das Personal hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen, mit Willkommensgetränk und Obstteller
- die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt
- das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich
- die Lage war wirklich super zentral, die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle in höchstens 30 min Fußweg erreichbar
- uns wurde immer direkt die Tür geöffnet, wenn wir zurückgekommen sind und sie hatte sich sehr um uns und unser Wohlbefinden bemüht
- die Taschen wurden uns bei der Anreise auf die Zimmer gebracht
- im 10. Stockwerk war es aufgrund der Nähe zum Frühstücksraum etwas lauter in der Früh (die Zimmer also etwas hellhörig)

My stay at the Acoustic Hotel & Spa was truly special—Kim and Hailey surprised me with a free upgrade, and their warmth, along with the hotel’s perfect location and stunning rooftop, made it unforgettable. Sparkly clean rooms, strong Wi-Fi, strong air condition and great selection for breakfast. Very large bed with comfortable mattress. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Hanoi.

They won our hearts from the moment we arrived at the hotel. A free upgrade was offered, and we were moved to a much better room. Everyone, from the bellboy at the door to the reception staff and the restaurant staff, was incredibly helpful. This isn't about the hotel itself, but I want to share an experience we had. On our last night, two families staying on the same floor were talking loudly with their doors open and playing music after midnight. We asked the staff to warn them, and they intervened immediately, but the slamming doors continued until 1:30 AM. We called reception again, and they warned them again, but our flight was early in the morning, so our sleep was interrupted. When we checked out in the morning, I was having trouble speaking because I hadn't slept well, and the reception staff noticed this. Even though it wasn't their responsibility, they refunded 10% of my stay and gave me a lovely souvenir bowl. This made me very happy and took away all my tiredness. I thank them again for their thoughtfulness. You can choose this hotel with your eyes closed.
