The rooms were a good size and we could fit 2 suitcases laid out on the floor. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was big. The communal areas in the hotel were well maintained such as the lobby and restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing, we loved everything.

Everything runs smoothly, and the staff offer helpful service without being intrusive. The rooms are clean and well maintained despite the older, classic furniture, and the breakfast is good. If you want a quiet room, ask for one at the back, because rooms facing the main street get noisy from traffic.

Emplacement, qualité et accueil incroyable !
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé à deux pas de tous les sites à visiter en centre ville ! L’accueil est fabuleux, tout le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très varié avec des produits frais. Les chambres sont très agréables, propres bien équipées … mention spéciale à Annie qui nous a très bien conseillés pour la baie d’halong ! Si nous revenons à Hanoï nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel sans hésiter !
