The best staff! Wonderful stay
Pros:

The room was super comfortable and the location was perfect - but what stood out the most were the staff. From the moment we stepped inside until the moment we left we were treated with amazing kindness and good care. Felt super safe and well accompanied at all times.
The rooftop bar was a great plus. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The front desk were so friendly and helpful recommending local eats that I took them up on all the recs I could and they didn’t miss!! I ordered a Grab to get food delivered and they brought my food up on a tray which I didn’t expect! They also upgraded me to a suite to promote their new premium rooms next door and It was such a nice surprise!!! I was by myself and didn’t need the living room but the rooms were quite spacious! The location is very central in busy street but honestly the rooms I was in I didn’t hear the noise. The food has a good variety. The gym is bare minimum but can get the job done with what they have and it didn’t feel like the AC was running at all but it’s fine. Otherwise I would highly recommend and I’m usually the type of person that likes to try new hotels. Because of how much I really liked the front desk staff, I would book them again whenever I go back to Hanoi because they went above and beyond!

Gastfreundschaft Par excellence!!

Ehrlich warme Herzlichkeit, extrem aufmerksam. Hab mich sehr willkommen gefühlt und kann es nur jedem empfehlen! Zum Abschied bekamen wir einen persönlichen Brief- ich hab so etwas noch nicht erlebt.

Daneben war das Frühstück herausragend gut mit einer sehr großen Auswahl an Speisen, die täglich wechseln. Betten sind super, vor Allem wenn man harte Matratzen mag.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal!
Ich hab noch nie so einen warmherzigen Service erlebt in einem Hotel. Extrem aufmerksam und zum Abschluss haben wir einen persönlichen Brief erhalten.

Die Lage ist sehr gut- mitten im Old Quarter, nur ein kurzer Spaziergang entfernt vom French Quarter.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel made our wedding anniversary truly special and memorable. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, and the entire team took excellent care of us.

From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay.

In my opinion, this hotel is above the standard we have experienced so far in Vietnam. The location was also very convenient and close to everything.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Cons:

our mini fridge was not working and we asked for it to be changed but even after they changed it, it was still not cold and we could not put in drinks we wanted to chill. also the aircon was in an awkward position so it does not blow at us and made the room a bit stuffy while we slept

The most perfect hotel staff and location

We had a wonderful stay at Acoustic Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing - incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and communicative throughout our stay. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

A very special mention to Luca at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, supportive and accommodating with all of our needs. He was always happy to assist, answer our questions and make sure everything was organised smoothly. His kindness and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel staff also helped organise a day trip to Ha Long Bay, which was truly amazing! Everything was arranged so smoothly, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Vietnam. We really appreciated how the team took the time to help us organise the experience and make sure we had a memorable day.

Overall, we highly recommend Acoustic Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The location, service and especially the wonderful staff made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Luca, for making us feel so welcomed and looked after. We would happily stay here again! ❤️🇻🇳
