Great Location and Fantastic Staff!
Pros:

The location of the hotel in the Old Quarter was great as it was an easy walking distance to quite a few locations including train street and the night markets on the weekend.

The staff were honestly the highlight of our stay and were so friendly and helpful in every way! They helped us with great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit nearby and also assisted us to find a solution when one of the zips on our bag broke. They always took great care to ensure we were ok and having a good time💜

The room and bathroom was spacious and super clean and the pillows and bed were very comfortable.

The variety at the breakfast buffet was great with a combination of both Vietnamese and continental offerings. I also really appreciated the vegan yoghurt and the delicious vegetarian dishes that were available.

Comfortable stay within a convenient location
Pros:

Fantastic location (away from the bustling old quarter but still close to restaurants and stores). It was very spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were lovely, shout out to Fiona!

Pros:

Staff were absolutely brilliant, it was a last minute booking and they were so accommodating and friendly. They could not have done more for us.
The room and facilities were excellent.

Pros:

The staff is exceptional! The breakfast was fresh and varied and the location was great.

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed by the room but it was due to a busy period at the hotel and the staff compensated us the cost of a night in exchange

Ecellent hôtel’ confortable bien situé avec un accueil exceptionnel
Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel magnifiquement décoré , proche du centre dans le vieux hanoi avec un petit déjeuner excellent en qualité et diversité
L’accueil est en tout point exceptionnel : le personnel est efficace,prévenant , adorable et très au petit soin.
Je ne peux que vous recommander cet hôtel tellement attachant où on se sent comme chez soi

Great hotel in Old town.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with character. Great location for exploring, just on the edge of old town and train street is 1 minute walk! Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. AC a little on the louder side but works as white noise. Great welcome and hospitality, staff were very welcoming and helped with recommendations. Im happy with my stay.

Cons:

Little construction on the street but it didn’t disrupt my stay.
