Tolle Lage, bemühtes Team — aber Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Frühstück sind weit von echtem 5-Sterne-Niveau entfernt.

Ein 5-Sterne-Hotel definiert sich über Details – und genau daran ist unser Aufenthalt gescheitert.

Zweimal während unseres Aufenthalts lagen benutzte Putzlappen auf unseren persönlichen Gegenständen: auf meiner Kosmetiktasche und auf dem Nachttisch, direkt neben dem Kopfkissen, auf meinem Kindle. In einem Haus dieser Kategorie ist das ein absolutes No-Go. Dazu passten leider auch die Zimmer insgesamt: schmierige Oberflächen, Haare am Boden – von makelloser Sauberkeit war das weit entfernt.

An Erholung war ebenfalls kaum zu denken: Lärm von der Restaurantterrasse bis ins Zimmer, ein Scheinwerfer, der direkt ins Zimmer leuchtete, und eine Klimaanlage, die nicht richtig kühlte.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, mehr aber auch nicht – für 5 Sterne zu wenig Auswahl und Sorgfalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sichtlich bemüht, was wir anerkennen, aber Bemühen allein ist noch kein 5-Sterne-Service.

Lage und Architektur sind wunderschön, keine Frage. Aber wer mit fünf Sternen wirbt, muss sie auch liefern – bei uns hat das Haus diesen Anspruch klar verfehlt.

Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, es gab ein sehr enges Bad mit einer Badewanne, da musste man schon sportlich sein beim Duschen. Swimmingpool war auch sehr klein

Fabelagtigt hotel
Pros:

Fantastisk stille beliggenhed med kun 4 km gåafstand til Deutsches Eck og svævebane.
Lækkert hotel i enhver henseende.
Overdådig morgenmadsbuffet.
Meget opmærksomt og venligt personale.

Cons:

Aircondition virker ikke, hvis man hellere vil åbne vinduer for at sove i frisk luft.
