Lage top, tolles Personal!

Cons:

Leider war es nicht dem Preis entsprechend sauber, wir fanden mehrere alte benutzte Haarbürsten in unserer Suite und außer der Abholung passierte nichts. Sind wir so nicht von anderen Hotels gewohnt. Der Pool war leider auch nicht sauber und wir verzichteten dann auf Wellness.

Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel, with very pleasant pool and sauna facilities. We stayed for three days and felt completely relaxed when we left. We floated in the pool, had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, lay in bed watching the boats go by. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in and we will definitely come back!

Cons:

The only small downside was the airconditioning. When we arrived the airco didn't seem to work at all and we called the reception. Someone came up immediately to check it out and within an hour we were in a different room. This was very good service, but unfortunately the airco in the new room was only a tiny bit better. Even though it was set to 20 degrees and the windows and curtains were closed, the room never became cooler than 24.6 degrees over the three days we were there (even when the outside temperature dropped below 23). Apart from this, the hotel was absolutely wonderful!

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Hotel mit modernem und stilvollem Ambiente. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut, die Betten perfekt. Sehr schöne Terrasse zur Mosel. Frühstück - Es war alles da, was man erwartet und das in sehr guter Qualität. Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos direkt am Hotel. Die kleine Aussen-Terrasse neben dem Innenpool ist ein schöner Platz für eine kleine Auszeit.

Cons:

Ein Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück würde die Wartezeiten verkürzen. Das Nachfüllen von Speisen und Säften am Buffet könnte könnte noch verbessert werden.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit komfortablen Zimmern und einem sehr guten Restaurant
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, das Bett ultrabequem. Der Blick war sehr schön, das Badezimmer hatte wohlduftende Kosmetikprodukte und die Dusche war sehr groß, Top! Ich werde das Hotel gerne wieder buchen und würde es auch empfehlen. Wir waren im Gotthards essen und der Service dort war außergewöhnlich gut und das Essen ausgezeichnet.
Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Zimmer war bei Anreise um 15 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Ich stand erst wartend vor dem Zimmer, habe mich dann aber entschlossen, nicht wie ein Schulkind zu warten und bin an die Rezeption gegangen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption ist eher ungeschickt darauf eingegangen, sie lies mich dann mehr als 15 Minuten in der Lobby warten und erst als ich dann nochmal an den Tresen ging und nachfragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass das Zimmer fertig wäre. Das war sehr unschön. Man lässt eine Kundin nicht einfach in der Lobby auf warten, ohne wenigsten ein Glas Wasser anzubieten oder einen kurzes Gespräch mit ihr zu führen. Das wirkte auf mich sehr unprofessionell. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt etwas getrübt und hängt mir auch noch etwas nach.

Hôtel parfait - restaurant Landgang mitigé
Pros:

L'emplacement, le long de la Moselle, est parfait, avec une belle vue sur le trafic fluvial et le petit port de plaisance animé.
Le petit-déjeuner, servi sur la terrasse, est un véritable plaisir, et le personnel est très attentionné.
Les équipements de la chambre sont impeccables et la propreté est irréprochable.
Aucune attente aux ascenceurs.
Nous avons également profité de la piscine en soirée (après 19 h 30), ce qui a été un moment très agréable et relaxant, d'autant plus que nous en avons eu l'exclusivité pendant près de 45 minutes.
Le parking gratuit est également un atout très appréciable.
On nous a également offert deux petites bouteilles d'eau pour le retour.

Cons:

A notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un bon pour des boissons gratuites au restaurant Landgang, mais celui-ci ne nous a finalement été d'aucune utilité (car refusé pour les verres de vins ou l'eau !) lors de notre repas.
Par ailleurs, nous avons été déçus par notre expérience au restaurant (que nous détaillerons sur Tripadvisor) : le plat servi ne correspondait pas à sa description, avec un élément, sur la carte, le personnel a manqué de proactivité et la musique jouée en direct au piano était beaucoup trop forte, ce qui nuisait à (notre) l'ambiance et aux échanges verbaux à table.

Die Zimmer sind modern. Das Restaurant ist gut. Die Lage direkt an der Mosel sehr schön. Der Pool ist toll. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht.
