Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage an der Mosel. Unser Zimmer mit großer Terrasse war sehr schön

Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollten Streaming Dienste wie Netflix und Amazon verfügbar sein.
Die Preise für Leihfahrräder von 25 bzw. 50 Euro pro Tag empfinde ich für Hotel Gäste als zuviel

Cons:

Dålig service vid frukost, luftkonditionering fungerade inte. Var sa till om detta men fungerade inte efter att de sett över den.
Känns inte som 5 stjärnigt hotell. Varit mycket bättre på en massa 4 stjärniga hotell vi bott på genom åren.

Nous avons été déçu.
Pros:

La literie est confortable, et l'espace piscine est agréable. Le personnel du restaurant très aimable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et savoureux.

Cons:

L'établissement est beau mais très sale extérieurement. Des toiles d'araignées sont visibles dans toutes le pièces: chambres, restaurant, entrée. Il est difficile d'accéder au centre de Coblence à pied. La télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et il y avait peu de place pour laisser la valise ouverte tout en continuant de circuler.
Ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle un bon rapport qualité/prix.
