Beautiful, relaxing getaway.
Pros:

The property is well-located with beautiful views. The top floor pool and wellness area are wonderful. The room is well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was well equipped, however, the air conditioning did not work. The thermostat was hard to navigate and turns off upon leaving the room. The AC was running but not cooling the room. This made it unpleasant for sleeping. The outdoor temperature was moderate, not hot. Opening the window helped but did not cool the room down enough until very late into the night. Because the window was open, the sunlight woke us up early.

Mooi en luxe Hotel.
Pros:

Eèn van de mooiste hotels waar wij ooit geweest zijn. De ligging is fantastisch met het uitzicht op de Mosel vanuit iedere kamer. In de omgeving is niet zo veel te doen en lopen naar het centrum is te ver. Aan de kamer is veel aandacht besteed aan verlichting, prachtig. Het bed is zo geplaatst dat je van het uitzicht kan genieten. Zelf vanuit de douche/bad kon je genieten van het uitzicht. Het personeel is geweldig. Er is er geen 1 die je in de ochtend geen goedemorgen wenst. Er zijn 2 restaurants. 1 is een twee sterren Michelin restaurant wat beperkt open is en het andere is ook erg goed maar niet goedkoop. Ontbijt is ook zeer uitgebreid en fantastisch. Parkeren voor de deur op eigen terrein en Gratis. Ook zijn er een aantal laadpalen beschikbaar. Er is een zwembad(je) op de 5e verdieping met natuurlijk weer het prachtige uitzicht en een terras om te zonnen.

Cons:

De in- en uitstap van de douche/bad was niet zo handig.
