They could really care less they did not meet my simple request of room away from noisy elevators.
Pros:

I made special request when booked. Hotel did not honor my need for quiet room away from the elevators. Also put in room in front of hotel over the port corche so was loud all nite and too early morning. They said sorry nothing they could do as hotel was booked

Pros:

Wie ein Hampton Inn halt so ist. Gutes Frühstück, immer gleich aufgefüllt und auf den Bananen einen positiven Gedanken. Es kam eine Hurricanwarnung und das Hotel konnte am Abend nicht mehr verlassen werden. Der kleine Shop war gleich leer gekauft, doch das Personal hat gratis Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt

For an upscale more expensive hotel room, I was expecting more.

Pros:

Room was a little tight.
Could be more spacious for a two bed. There was only one chair for four or two bed. I requested a pullout couch or crib which was not available and I don't think there was room to accommodate any such additions anyway.
The staff were great and very professional.

Cons:

Room too small for two
