Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this hotel. I wanted to leave the first night but booking already charged my card for the 7 nights.
1) First I stated on Booking.com that I would pay at the location but booking charged my card without my consent for the 7 nights.
I wanted to talk to a booking representative but no phone number.
2) guest next to my room had very loud noise and the Queen Hotel attendant called and came in person yo stop the disruption. It continued the second day.
3) On July 9, 2026 the other guest next to me had a meeting at around 1am and were smoking. This hotel is non smoking. I informed the attendant and he came to the room to let them know no smoking in yhis hotel.
4) I have noticed on the 4th night that my hair was on the linens on the bed. I called the hotel attendant and they said that the linens will not be changed unless requested. I immediately requested to be changed every day. I was astonished of this and it is hot outside.
5) There were two holes
Location was good. Near the buss station
My daughter got bed bug bites on her legs. Probably the sheets were not clean or something. Plus you would have to go to the counter to get a tv remote who hides tv remote from guests? Lol. Shower is complicated to use. Plus when we asked if we could check out an hour later they charged us 20$ for that i mean any decent hotel does that out of courtesy but they wanted money for that.
The quality with the price was exceptional
The location felt very far from where my activities were about 45 minutes from Midtown Manhattan
Beautiful room and front view.
Only thing there wasn't any breakfast served it was only coffee and orange juice milk and cereal and no refrigerator in the room to keep my drinks cold and food cold so I can warm it up the next day.

There was a 5 min train stop by and a gas station across street and felt safe !

No any cleaning and damage ,bad smells , staff can’t understand english , they not help anyone very very poor !!!!
Bed was decent and the bathroom was cool
I checked out a day early and I they charged me full price would not refund me my money
