The parking was easy and convenient, the staff was great and breakfast was good, dinner not so much.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located in the city and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

The room could use a little refresh, there were stains on the bed frame and a tile was coming off in the bathroom.

Perfect for what we needed on our work trip to the area.
Pros:

Location was great, bed was very comfy and the room was a great size. The gym is small but had everything I needed. Pool looked good but unfortunately I hadn't packed for swimming.
Staff were all super lovely and helpful!

Cons:

The fridge in the room was very noisy so needed to unplug it at night then plug it back in, in the morning. Not a big deal really.
breakfast was alright but the cooked breakfast options were dry and a bit tasteless.

We loved our stay from check-in to check-out!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Drury Plaza Hotel.
The kickback food and breakfast were both a great treat for my husband and I. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Cons:

I didn't like that there was not a fan in the room or bathroom.

More than I typically pay, but well worth it!
Pros:

The staff was extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful! Loved the fact that the price included 2 meals - breakfast and dinner - along with a free drink if wanted. Very clean and spacious!

Cons:

I honestly don't have anything to complain about. The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful.

Pros:

Maxwell, AGM, handled my reservation issue appropriately and was excellent to work with. He is GM qualified.
All hotel staff were excellent

Cons:

My reservation dates were incorrect for some unknown reason upon arrival. It was straighten out to my satisfaction
