Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru must pay taxes (IVA - 18%). To be exempt, a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Both documents are mandatory. Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% taxes. O hotel é muito bom, elevador de acesso aos quartos, quartos muito limpos e cheirosos com banheiro muito bom e higienização excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom e gostoso.
El personal del hotel es muy bueno, siempre pendientes de las necesidades y prestos a colaborar y ayudar.
Los baños de las habitaciones, tienen un muy mal olor a "cañerías", por lo que solicitamos cambio de habitación. Otra oportunidad de mejora es el internet, no cuenta con una red que soporte las necesidades para trabajar.

Conocimos este hotel el año anterior cuando era Estelar Hotel. Todo se ha mantenido bastante bien. Excepto el desayuno. Tiene poca variedad, pocas opciones, solo cafe negro o de maquina comparado a lo que recibimos el año anterior, este desayuno bajó mucho de nivel. Sabores muy buenos pero muy muy poca variedad
